The university is amongst the top 50 universities in the world and it has a really recognised public health school. My degree is quite popular amongst students and when I talked to pat students they really enjoyed studying there so I decided that I want to come here. The admission process was easy and the instructions were given and they were easy to understand. I had a good year 12 score and so I had applied to different universities including University of Sydney and University of Western Australia but university of Queensland was the best for my program.

    Fees :

The fees was $34000 for the whole year and there are many scholarships available for students starting from a $1000 to $5000. The scholarships are mostly academic ones in the faculty of medicine so there's a fairly low chance of receiving it. I didn't avail loan to pay for fee but my father helped me with the finances.

UQ comes in top 50 universities of the world. UQ school of Pharmacy ranked in top 10 pharmacy colleges of the world. Academic background should be pharmacy with good score of GPA. No application fees but you have select your supervisor for better and smooth processing of your admission and scholarship application.

    Fees :

RTP scholarship or IPRS scholarship and tuition fees are approx $8000 per semester. To get scholarship its very difficult and too much competitive. Only 3 application rounds for scholarship and that too very much difficult to get. Person with good impact factor publications have more chances to get scholarship than others.

It is in Brisbane which I personally love. The university is among the top 5 universities in Australia for international students and the facilities they offer are great. The university is also very good for research which was a plus point.

    Fees :

I'm an international student. I pay around 21000 per semester. These are for 4 courses with the other chargers except for textbooks.

I opted for University of Queensland because it was suggested by my family friends as an ideal college especially since I had just come from New Zealand and I got into pharmacy there which I found to be good

    Fees :

The fee structure was that we had to pay by the due date. If we had difficulties then we can contact uni and talk to them about it and they would try to make it easier for us to pay for it. We do have to buy separate books for each course but they do try to recommend books that can be accessed through the UQ library.

At the end of year 11, I attended a young scholars program through the University of Queensland. This introduced me to many different areas of study available at the university and I had my heart set on attending it. It is one of the highest-ranked universities in Australia, therefore I wanted to work hard to be accepted and see it as an achievement. I got an OP1 and was able to make it into my course.

    Fees :

Fees can be paid via a HECS debt which allows students to put off payment until they are sufficiently able to afford it. There are many scholarships available to not only international students but Australian residents, each of which has a different criteria for applying. For example, new students who achieve high academic scores may be eligible for the vice-chancellor's scholarship.

I applied for this university because it offered the best animal science course on this side of Australia and had international accreditation. I knew about UQ because it is a popular university for students. The university was my top 4 preferences when I applied through QTAC, I received the highest possible grade upon graduating and therefore was guaranteed to get into my course. The fees for my application were relatively small. Once I received my offer it was extremely easy to accept and the University provided clear instructions on how to set up my university account. They were also available to call.

    Fees :

The fees are paid semesterly and academic scholarships are available for international students. My fees are covered by the government in a HECS loan, which I will pay back when I get a reasonable paying job through tax with no interest or time limit. It is approximately $10,000 a year to study, but fees are higher for international students, due to a total lack of subsidy from the government.

To be able to get a provisional entry into the Doctor of medicine program. The University of Queensland is a highly reputable University around the world, and I am proud to say that I am studying at this University. This university opens opportunities for all types of achievers which is extremely accommodating.

    Fees :

The University of Queensland Considered me a domestic student which allowed me to get the domestic dee, which is much cheaper, however as I am not a permanent resident I do not receive the HECS as I cannot get a student loan. However, due to this, I am required to pay upfront semester by semester and we have a due date that we need to pay for everything by.

UQ is a high ranking university in Australia where I always want to go. I choose UQ also because the application fee is not that expensive and it's quite easy to apply compared to American Universities. I transferred to UQ from my uni in China with a GPA of 3.5/4. Particularly, my aunt lives in Australia so I can visit her.

    Fees :

Tuition fees include amenities fees and class fees. Amenities fees are 151 AUD and my class fee is about 5000aud per course. There is limited scholarship for international applicants and normally it's hard to apply unless you are highly distinct in the academic field. There are different kinds of scholarships and I am awarded the UQ employability grant which is 500 AUD.

The University of Queensland is the most prestigious university in my area and is also the only university offering languages within my course which was essential for me as I was wanting to do French. I applied for 3 different universities as there are 3 main universities in my area however the university of Queensland was my preferred one.

    Fees :

The tuition fee varies from course to course however if you are an Australian citizen you can apply for HECS or FEE-HELP which I have both. There are many scholarships for both domestic and international students which are readily available on the UQ website but there are also emails sent out from the faculty you are in when applications for new scholarships are available.
