Curtin University offers a Master of Architecture for a duration of 2 years.

This course is a fusion of design, science, technology, history, culture and professional studies to produce imaginative, well-rounded, and competent architectural graduates.

Students will also undertake a major self-directed architectural thesis project in a specialized area of interest, to demonstrate research skills and gain practical experience.
Students who complete the master's degree to a high standard can apply for doctoral-level studies.

The Architects Board of Western Australia recognizes this 2-year course combined with the 3-year Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science), or equivalent, as meeting their academic requirements for registration
Internationally, the course is recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore and is accredited by the Architects Board of Western Australia through AACA and is recognized for professional registration purposes nationally.
On completing the approved postgraduate practical experience, students will be eligible for associate membership of the Australian Institute of Architects.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
Entry to the course is competitive and academic achievement in the final 2-semesters of undergraduate study, or equivalent is considered.
Submission of a folio is required to be eligible for this program.
A successful CRL application allows students to finish their degrees in a shorter amount of time.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Completed a UG degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Students must have an Indian School Certificate or All India Senior School Certificate with 60% in English subject.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission into this program.
