Because UTS is one of the best universities in Sydney and Australia. It also offers a lot of degrees not offered in other universities like Digital and Social Media. The application fee is reasonable as the quality of the university is really good. The admission process I had to go through was the IELTS test and make sure I have a good average score in my school report.
Exams :
It's a new degree that is relevant to the modern world. There are 144 credit points and the minimum score was 6.5 or IELTS. The writing part of IELTS needs to be at least 6 for us to enter UTS. The report score to enter needs to be an average of 8. The batch size of the communication degree is quite large.
Internship :
Yes, but I haven't met the requirements to do an internship. I need to do at least 64 credit points first for me to be able to take the internship. I think UTS has offered a lot of companies we can do our interns with and it's really good.
Fees :
Approximately 15000$ per trimester. There are a few scholarships for international students. There are a lot of scholarships available after you study here like the Dean Merit's award where you can get 50% off of your tuition fees until you graduate and other small scholarships that cover several thousand dollars.
Faculty :
The faculties provided are really good and supports the students. There are health, business, science, communication, arts, etc. so there's a lot to choose from.
