Because it was local. Having a university only 10 minutes from my house means I am able to save money by staying at home and using public transport to get to and from my university on any given day. It also means I am able to remain at my current job.
Course Curriculum :
I like the degree of science we are taught and the depth of which we are made to learn nutrition. This helps us to apply our knowledge and truly understand nutrition at its most microscopic level - to then apply to a wider population.
Fees :
HECS fee or upfront payment. This means that students can either accrue their fees to pay once they're earning a certain amount or pay as they go through their course.
Examination Structure :
Mid-session and end of the session as well as quizzes throughout the semesters. This means that the students are able to show how much they have learned numerous times throughout the year, as well as apply their learning week to week.
Faculty :
The faculty of health and medical sciences and forever growing and changing. The constant research being undertaken is exciting and promising for our future.
