    ● Top Answer By Kirti Goyal on 03 Feb 21

Ans. The acceptance rate of UofT is not the most welcoming which is obvious by the fact of it being a top ranked Institute. Once you get into UToronto, the actual struggle is to survive there. Average acceptance rate of the University is 43% which comes down to 23.1% for International students.  If you manage to score an average of 87-90 in your 6 major subjects and have a good resume, you will have a pretty high chance of getting here. Better the grade, higher is your chance of getting accepted. Ultimately it depends on the branch to which you seek your admission at, less the competition higher is the acceptance rate. However it must be mentioned that getting into the University is not a huge deal when compared to surviving after the first year and getting your desired majors. I wanted to pursue an MBA post completion of my BBA degree. But I wanted to pursue MBA from a country abroad since that would give me more and wider perspective on the subject. After a lot of research about what college to join, I got to know about the Rotman School of Management. I decided to apply online and paid an application fee of around $200.

    8.5 /10

My parents are both graduates of UofT. I wanted to live downtown, and UofT was the best choice because it is centrally located in downtown Toronto. I got a very substantial admissions scholarship that provided more funding than the scholarships offered by other universities I applied to. I graduated high school with a 94% average.

    6 /10 infrastructure
    9 /10 accomodation
    9 /10 placement
    10 /10 extracurricular
    7.3 /10

This is one of the most prestigious universities in Canada. I had a lot of senior friends who went to this school too and did the same program. Another reason I choose this school was because it's close to where I live - so commuting was roughly 45 minutes. During my last year in high school, I applied to 5 universities, and my admission average was in the mid 80s.

    Scholarship :

I have not received any scholarship from the school. In terms of financial aid though, I have received a small amount from the OSAP program.

    10 /10 infrastructure
    5 /10 accomodation
    8 /10 placement
