College of The North Atlantic with its headquarter in Stephenville, Canada has 17 campus locations across the region of Newfoundland and Labrador. Baie Verte Campus
With 1300 residents, Baie Verte campus of College of the North Atlantic is located in Central Newfoundland. Bay St.George Campus

Close to home, cheaper tuition. Being close to things you are familiar with makes it easier to stay grounded. Along with being close to home, not having to worry about how I'm getting home and having to wait on buses also plays a huge factor. There isn't enough parking, but if you get there early in the morning you have a chance of getting a ticket.
Fees:
Fees are a lot cheaper then anywhere else, so therefore can not be compared to others. The only thing is an extra charge for supply costs.
