    Placement :

Most of the students are placed to top companies from the college placements, some from my batch also started their own business. Every year top companies visit our school and recruit students on a good package. At my time companies like Sanosil, Synfine Research, Toucan Chemical, Vuteq, Medisca Pharmaceutique, etc on the average salary of $80000.

    Internship :

An online portal that regularly publishes jobs and postings is maintained for us. The companies are linked with the university for providing us with internships and employment. I also found a part-time job through that online portal that lasts with my course and when I get placed.

    Placement :

Average pay is around $45000-$65000 depending on what job the student takes, but the placement rate is pretty good I think it's around 85%, seeing as it's the only program in Montreal. It opens many doors to many fields and has amazing internship options.

I opted for this college because it was the only one that had a criminology program in Montreal. I applied to a total of 4 other colleges in other programs. I went to CEGEP in law, society & Justice at Dawson college and graduated with an r score of 30.6. The admission process was pretty easy but you did need to pay a fee of about $150.

It's the closest one, they have classes (in Laval and Montreal) only 40 mins away from me! they have very great reviews. the only other school that has criminology is 3 hours away. The admission fees were a bit expensive, around 2000$, but I like this school. I applied for this one and the one in Quebec which is three hours, but after visiting it, I didn't feel comfortable and the classes weren't as interesting as the ones in Montreal.

    Internship :

Again owing to the short-term of the course, I did not expect much on internship opportunities or on-campus jobs. Of Course, within the given time frame the college managed to arrange for an internship for me which wasn't a major deciding factor pertaining to my career.

When I actually started contemplating applying for an MBA, I was an IT Professional with an experience of 5 years. I had lost track of college education and learning over the period I was working. Hence, I focused on institutes I could easily get into without compromising on the quality of education. My idea was to complete the course as quickly as possible. Under my colleague's guidance, I tracked HEC Montreal offering a year MBA with an added bonus of french environment. Having studied French in high school, my instincts got way out of me to apply to the college without a second thought.

    Placement :

It is fine, but there aren't that many. You need a master at minimum to have a decent job in my program. They will send sometimes job add, but it is mostly in the Canadian politic sphere and not about international jobs.

    Internship :

Yes, it does provide none mandatory internship, which is mostly not paid and really competitive. You need a number of credits (and not year) to do it, which kind of blow. I'll do mine next semester.

    Placement :

Extremely high placement and the job opportunities are numerous as law firms will usually come once a week at organized events to discuss with applicants and therefore giving the students a chance to get themselves known within the firms.

It has the world's best civil law program given in the French language, and it also allows me to continue living at my family's home. The resources that the school has and give for free most of the time, are numerous.

HEC Montreal's excellence in management teaching and research is recognized worldwide. As proof, the School was the first in North America to be awarded the three most prestigious international accreditations in its field: AACSB International, EQUIS and AMBA.

I had a friend that went there and it seems great. Moreover, I'm from France and I wanted to go to Montreal and it was one of the best business schools there. I went to meet to learn about the school and it looks awesome. They have a trilingual course that I was interested in, so I took it.

    Placement :

The placement and job opportunities are very large considering the province is seeking for a lot of nurses. Since nurses are high in demand, nursing students often are able to start working as orderlies as soon as their second semester.

    Internship :

Internships are mandatory starting from the first year. They are not paid internships but offer the opportunity to truly experience our future career in nursing as soon as possible. I wish the internships were paid, but that\'s a debate the student body is working on.

I decided to opt for this university because it was the only one who had courses in the French language all across Canada, and it was cheaper for me to attend this college. It is also one of the best universities in the world.
