At Telfer, I was able to receive effective management education and research can only be achieved through both academic and professional engagement and that academic and professional engagement must intersect in meaningful ways in the delivery of programs and in carrying out research. I had applied at the university by paying $100 through an online application form.

    Fees :

I had spent around $30000 for my tuition and fees. The books and supplies cost me around $2000. I had even paid a graduation fee of around $150. The health insurance fee was around $2000. I had applied for a women's business networking scholarship, covering around $2000 of my expensive tuition fees. Candidates will be judged on the basis of their scholastic achievement during their previous studies and their demonstration of leadership abilities.

I chose the University of Ottawa because they offered a coop program. I also chose this school because I felt that as I wanted to go into account the fact that their business program allowed you to specialize early on was a plus.

    Fees :

You pay per semester depending on the number of courses you are taking and then once a year you pay for student fees which includes a bus pass.

I chose the University of Ottawa's Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in accounting because of the amazing Co-op program they have and I loved the feel of the university and its location. I learned about the school at the Ontario University Fair and then toured it and it totally lived up to my expectations. I only applied to two universities and got into uOttawa a week after I applied with a pretty large scholarship.

    Fees :

The fee structure is good, students receiving OSAP get an extended deadline to pay. There are a few fees you can opt out of. There are numerous internal scholarships available that students can apply for as well as numerous scholarships awarded to students without the need to apply for them. The university also offers a merit scholarship

I picked the university of Ottawa because they offer a collaborative program with Algonquin college in the rural area that I live in. Opting to pick this university was the best option for me because it enabled me to save a lot of money. I applied to 3 different universities and it was one fee for all 3 applications. I had a very good grade 12 academic background which enabled me to be accepted into this competitive program.

    Fees :

Tuition fees of my program were roughly $3500 per semester plus additional fees such as books, student fees, lab kits and living costs. I did not have access to any government loans for my schooling. I applied for OSAP and several bursaries but was not lucky enough to be awarded any. I did receive an acceptance scholarship of $1000 in my first year for having an average greater than 80% and this scholarship was split $500 per semester.

I opted for this specific college because it was close to home which means that I was able to still live at home while I attended classes instead of staying in residence. I also chose this school because it seemed like the only way I can still take french classes and keep in touch with my second language

    Fees :

international students pay more in tuition and for this reason, there are a lot of opportunities for students to win scholarships, there are also some funding grants they can receive as well as long as they keep doing well in their classes but the grants apply to all students and not just international ones

The school is known as one of the best research institutes and I received an undergraduate research scholarship. It also offered co-op and had many opportunities with the government. The admissions average for my program was also very low for me as I only needed to maintain a 75% in the sciences while I had the 90s. The other schools I apply to, Guelph and Waterloo were a bit more picky with averages.

    Fees :

The tuition fees were due August 27th and September 27th for students with OSAP. There were numerous scholarships available through the eurozone portal which anyone could apply for however somewhere specific to international students of francophones. For my program, the tuition fees were about $7,500. On average it was the same as other schools for the faculty of science.

I chose this university because of the amazing city of Ottawa. I have always been a fan of small towns but didn't want to lose the downtown hectic feel of Toronto, and Ottawa has a mixture of both! It has a crazy amount of multiculturalism and people there are extremely nice and supportive of minorities.

    Fees :

The tuition of my program is $10k per year, this is based on the domestic tuition. The international tuition can range from $20000 to $35000 per year. I received the entrance scholarship of $1000 based on my high school grades used to apply to the university. I also received a loan from OSAP offered by the government of Ontario of $5000.

It was the best post-secondary institute that offered this program. Additionally, it was the most convenient place to go as a student. The transit routes were close to where I live, as well as, it doesn't take long to bus there. Not to forget, Telfer is one of the best, and among the top best, business schools in Canada.

    Fees :

The tuition is high, roughly $5000 per semester which is a lot for any student. In addition to this, you are charged fees for sports, clubs, etc. that a lot of students do not even end-use, yet everyone has to pay for it and there is no option to opt-out. These extra fees can add up to more than $1000 per semester. Students are already struggling financially and forcing them to pay for stuff.

I learned about the university mostly through extensive research. I also liked their scholarship options, location and overall student quality of life. My academic background is quite modest, not from a prestigious school however I was a hard worker and graduated top of my class. I ultimately chose uOttawa for their location in Canada's capital and their ranking as one of the top schools in Canada.

    Fees :

You can get application scholarships up to $4000, scholarships for studying in French. Many scholarships are only for Ontario residents however some online do apply to international students, they are on average 1500$. Tuition is around 16k depending on the facility, I believe. It depends on your grants.
