Placements were generally more for the students of B.Com and BMS as compared to other courses. Students Became eligible for placements in their third year whereas 1st and 2nd-year students applied for internships.
Admissions were done on the basis of class 12th marks. The whole selection process was carried out on the online admission portal of the university. Cutoff relaxation was given as reservation benefits.
Placements are rare since not a lot of students sit for jobs after their bachelor's. Although we do have a placement cell and it's an active cell bringing quite a lot of opportunities. Job placements range around 2-3 LPA with a few exceptions (8-10LPA) packages
Before Nep2020, the admission process is based entirely on the board exam score AISSCE. DDUC has a cutoff of 100% in the first phase and thereupon it was reduced to 96% in the last admission phase. Following nep2020, admission is now based on CUET(a nationalised exam for entering delhi university)
I chose this course because, in my course, we are taught Botany, zoology and chemistry as main subjects and unlike honours in any one subject and then doing a master's in that subject. In life sciences, we can do masters in all three but in addition to this, we can also do a master's in bioinformatics, forensics, and biotechnology. biochemistry etc. My class strength is 4o and each subject is taught by two professors, separate 2 lab assistants. Teaching is 3/5 average, faculty members are top qualified Exams in six months and very easy to pass
For eligibility in life sciences- one should have science with biology in class 12th The application form is available on DU's official website I had an OBC quota and I got a college in the very first cutoff which was 91.6% for my course I didn't apply to other colleges cause this was my target college
I was trying to get admission in computer science but was unable to get this course so I opted for electronics honors because electronics and computer science are very relatable to each other and if you want to take a jump from your electronics to cs it will be easier electronics Student. The faculty of my college is good almost all my teachers have their PhDs degrees except a few but few teachers are pursuing their PhDs. The term exam occurs every 6 months and it is neither easier nor difficult to pass the exam you have to put some effort to get passed but by studying important topics and the very important previous year's question paper you can score good marks.
At the time of my admission, there was a cut-off system on the basis of the class 12 examination. As I am at Delhi University so it took out the cut-offs in rounds according to seat availability rounds may increase or decrease. Delhi University releases the notice every year about the admission on its original websites or there are other sources are also available like a few Instagram pages and a few external websites also gave this information about the admission procedure of D. The application fee was 300 at my time and first, we have to make an account on Delhi University porta to proceed further.
I had a keen interest in chemistry but don't want to opt for honors courses so I go for BSc in physical science with chemistry. In our chemistry department, there are around 45-50 girls and an equal ratio of boys as well. Our faculty is well-educated and experienced as well. For term exams, one must go through the previous year's papers along with class notes.
For having B.Sc. Physical science with chemistry one must secure a good percentage in 12th in main subjects. I took admission from an EWS reservation. I got a relaxation of 4% in my admission process. You can find the application form on the official portal of Delhi University.
The students of the final semester only are eligible for the placements. The name of the companies visited for placements are Wipro, amazon, tres vista, ICICI etc. They offer a very limited number of seats which ranges from 50 to 100. The average package ranges from 3.5 lakhs to 6 lakhs. The highest package offered is 9 lakhs and the lowest is 3 lakhs. Around 20-30% get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue an MSc course in electronics from Delhi University.
To be eligible for this course one should be from the PCM course and should get 60% in class 12th. The application form can be found on the official website of Delhi University, the application fee is 250rs and application dates are released by DU accordingly. The reservation benefit is given to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Kashmiri migrants, CW quota, sports quota, ECA quota. No, The admission process is good
