Digboi College Admission

Admissions for all the courses in Digboi College are done through application shortlisting which is based on the merit of the last qualifying exam followed by a screen test. Digboi College Facilities

Some of the facilities provided by the college include:

Hostel: An in-campus boys' hostel and a 100 seated in-campus girls' hostel with attached bathrooms with all the basic amenities is run under the strict supervision of a resident warden. The hostel is well protected with a security arrangement.
Library: The college has a well-equipped library with a present stock of approximately 30000 volumes including textbooks, reference books, journals, research thesis, etc. The library is under the process of complete computerization. Internet and Xerox facilities are available in the library. A reading room facility is available. All the departments also have their own libraries.
Auditorium: The college has a large auditorium with a capacity of about 1000 seats. Cultural programs and other meets take place here throughout the year.
Computer laboratory: The college has an air-conditioned computer lab with more than 15 computers where the students perform their practical works. Some of the departments also have a computer facility of their own. A centralized computer center is nearing completion with all modern facilities.
Sports: The college provides facilities for various games and sports. Athletics, Badminton, Cricket, Football, Chess, Volleyball, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding, etc. are organized in the college. An Eight Station Multi Gym is also provided in the gymnasium room to enhance physical fitness facilities.

Other cultural events are also organized throughout the year on different occasions. College also encourages students to participate in inter-college competitions/activities as well.

Admission:

12th passed the commerce stream. We can find applications on the college website https://www.digboicollege.com. Benefits of reservation are by caste such as OBC, MOBC, ST, etc. Yes, the website as its crash when many user visit it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to choose this course for doing business on my own. There are a total of 6 teachers in the department and the students are divided into classes wise each has above 80 students in the department. Many teachers have done a Ph.D. course. And their teaching was quite good and understandable for the students. Term exams are way frequent in the semester and no so hard to pass the exam.

12th pass with science stream with at least 60%. We can find the application form on the college site named digboi college. I am an ST candidate And I availed the seat in the college from the ST quota it will be easier for other candidates to avail of the seat.

I choose the course because I had an interest in zoology. The ratio of the students to the faculty is moderate. Faculties are High qualified as some of them are Ph.D. specialists in their particular field. Term exams are frequent and of a bit easy level.

Eligibility for the course is: Student must be of science stream in his/her Higher Secondary Education. Application forms can be found online on the college website itself. Digboi College. I don't know about reservations but Students who completed Higher Secondary Education from the college itself can avail college quota. It's fine the admission process is great.

I had an interest in the course. The faculty are great as they are very friendly to the students to teach any time. Faculty are highly qualified as most of them are Ph.D. holders in their field of specialty. Term exams are quite frequent and the difficulty level is a bit easy.

Digboi college ( My tremendous experience and it's review)

For the b.sc (mathematics) course, you must need a minimum 60% in your 12 You can apply online(digboicollege.in) or offline both for admission. There is any specific reservation .only merit-wise selection is happen.

Mathematics is my favorite subject, and digboi college is the best for the maths department at Dibrugarh University, so I choose this college. All faculty members are very helpful and experienced. The teachers and student ratio is (in my duration) 1:4. Teaching methods used by faculty are very effective. Terms exams happen every two months and the exam is quite good.
