Etc and also, one can pursue research in any field of an organization. The course is highly beneficial for all engineering departments, such as mechanical, computer science, electrical, ECE, IT, and AIE. Additionally, the HR department is also commendable.
There are very good internship opportunities for mechanical and electrical students. They can intern at Ramco Cement, Tata Steel, PhonePe, Paytm, and Kolaghat Thermal Power Station. The internships can be paid or unpaid.
Job opportunities and internships provided by this college are awesome. Some companies that offer internships to our college students include Indian Railways, Tata Steel, Jindal Steel, Ntpc, Wbpdcl, Ramco Cement, etc.
The fees of this college are around 1,20,000/yr. You can opt for a hostel if you are from somewhere far.
The condition of the labs in our department is very good, and we have almost 14 to 16 labs.
Yes, hostels are very good because each year they have a separate hostel and lots of workers are involved in maintaining the cleanliness of the hostel.
The hostel facility is remarkably good for me. The campus also reminds me of my college days.

Dislike

It is loosely structured and completely under the authority of West Bengal University of Technology.
There were no campus placements for the core branch students, and the average salary is very poor in comparison.
There are no bad remarks, but there is some politics in the management work. As the secretary, I know about the core corruptions that are occurring in the college.

Very Good

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students are available for campus Placements. Top companies are Wipro, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Adobe, BOSCH, TCS, and many more. The highest Package this year was 8 LPA. The average Package was 5 LPA. 98% of students got placed.

Remarks:

Admission is on the basis of JEE Mains and WBJEE. You can find the application form in the portal of nta. After qualifying for your exam opts for counseling and do choice filling according to your preferences. You have to verify your documents physically by visiting the college you got in the counseling. Either you can finalize in that college or you can go for the next round by filling the 'Yes' upgradation form.
