Dronacharya Group of Institutions (DGI) was established in 2006. The institute is based in Greater Noida. DGI is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University. At the undergraduate level, Dronacharya Group of Institutions offers B.Tech courses in 7 disciplines. At the postgraduate level, the institute offers MBA course. The annual intake for B. Tech courses is 540 and at the PG level, the intake is 60 students.

DGI B.Tech Admission 2023
The institute offers B.Tech in 8 specializations. Eligible candidates can apply through the forms available at the portal. Applicants must possess higher secondary certificate with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational as one of the optional subjects. The minimum qualifying marks are 50%.
For admission to 4-year B.Tech courses, the institute prepares the merit list of eligible candidates with a valid Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main/ UPCET score. The selected candidates will have to appear for the counseling at the campus.

Important points about B.Tech admission:
- Seats left vacant after the counseling under JEE Main and UPSEE, will be filled through candidate’s merit in qualifying exam.
- The seats under the NRI quota will be filled through SAT II score. The candidates must have passed High School Certificate Education (GCE) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Higher Mathematics (A) from London/ Sri Lanka/ Cambridge.
DGI MBA Admission 2023
The institute offers MBA as one of the postgraduate courses. The minimum educational qualification is graduation in any discipline or an equivalent from any institute affiliated to an institute recognized by UGC. Candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree examination.
Admissions to MBA at DGI are based on the performance of the candidate in Personal Interview by the Admission Committee. Candidates must have qualified UPSEE/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT.
The list of the selected candidates for the admissions based on merit will be displayed on the notice board of the Institute’s website. The selected candidates will have to report at the Institute as per the schedule.

Important points about MBA admission:
- A vacancy created due to the cancellation of admission in any manner shall be filled up by the other candidate on the merit basis as per the rules of the Institute.

- A total of 75% seats is reserved for the students who hold domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
- 15% seats under all courses will be reserved for Management Quota candidates (NRI candidates).
