GKM College of Engineering and Technology is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1996 and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The College offers 10 undergraduate (B.E./B.Tech.) and postgraduate (M.E./MBA/MCA) programs and four Ph. D programs. GKM College of Engineering and Technology have almost 820 intakes every year to B.Tech/B.E. while 390 intakes in M.E./MBA/MCA programs in various specializations. It offers Ph. D. in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Physics and Chemistry.
- B.Tech./B.E. aspirants should have passed the Higher Secondary Examinations (10+2).

GKM College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech/B.E. Admission 2023
Admission to B.Tech/B.E. program is based upon the marks obtained in qualifying examinations. The basic eligibility criteria for this program is 12th in Science stream with minimum 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects.
Candidates who have passed B.Sc. or Diploma in engineering with minimum 55% marks by the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu or equivalent are eligible to apply for the lateral admissions to the program.

Important points:
- 5% relaxation for BC/BCM and 10% for MBC/SC/SCA/ST is given in qualifying exam.
- During the counselling, one must ensure the availability of seats as per the ranking in TNEA conducted by the Anna University as well as the merit based upon the qualifying examination.
- The College also offers lateral entry to second year in B.E./B.Tech. programs for which a candidate must have passed the Diploma or B.Sc. with 55 % minimum marks (5-10% marks relaxation for reserved category) from State Board of Technical Education or equivalent recognized University.
- After the counselling registration, candidates are required to fill in separate application form in the College by giving a prescribed fee.
GKM College of Engineering and Technology M.E., MBA, MCA Admission 2023
The college offers PG courses in M.E./MBA/MCA programs. Admission to M.E., MCA and MBA programs is merit based. The minimum qualification for this program is UG degree by Anna University or equivalent as prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Government.
Tamil Nadu Common Admission (TANCA) and Syndicate of the University releases the updated criteria for admission every academic year. To apply for the program, a candidate must fill in the application form available online as well as offline with a fee is INR 1000 in a prescribed format.

GKM College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai invites online/offline Registration Forms for the admission in B.Tech./B.E., MBA, MCA, and M.Tech/M.E. programs. The Admission process to all the programs is same in the College.
- Candidate needs to register for TNEA through Online before May 31, 2023 to apply for B.E/B.Tech program in the College.
