Centre for Bioinformatics Research & Software Development (CBRSD) has been established on Campus-

  • Funded and collaborative research projects in the area of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Data Mining, Production Engineering.
  • Financial support for the students and faculty to publish their work in good national and international journals / conferences.
  • Research projects “FUNGRep: Database of Microsatellite Repeats from Fungal Genomes” (Co-Developed by IASMA Research Centre, ITALY).
  • Research Project "Development of an Algorithm & Computational Analysis of Triplet Repeats in Human Genome" under FAST TRACK Scheme sent to Department of Science & Technology (DST), India.
