Placement Experience :

1. College have multiple companies on boarded when we were in 6th semester. All the candidates should have a minimum 60% in their all semester to be eligible to appear in Placements. 2. Name of the companies in 2015 which were visited our college:- Accenture, Musigma, HSBC, Searce 3. The highest package was provided by HSBC to one candidate was 14 Lakh/annum 4. And Accenture has highers 200 candidates from 440 appeared, Which was highest in LDCE's history.

Remarks :

1. First of all, I was much interested in the Information Technology field and This college was reputed to other colleges in Gujarat. And the faculty for the IT department has a very good experience. Moreover, Placement done by this college was top 10 in Gujarat. 2. The admission process was same as for all colleges in Gujarat through ACPC online admission with 3 round process of selecting and passing rounds. Usually, it took 1 month to finalize the admission in your allocated college. 3.As this college was a government college and having a very good reputation than others. 4. ldce.ac.in

Ques. Which is better for computer engineering LD or MSU or DDU nadiad? Like environment in class rooms and placement.

● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 13 Oct 21

Ans. After doing some research online about these colleges, I found out that mostly students prefer DDU. It would be better in all the ways from campus to placements. The campus of DDU is very good. The infrastructure is well developed. All the required facilities are provided and they are fully functional. The labs are well maintained. The teaching faculty is very good and much better than LD and MSU. The academic curriculum at DDU is better than LD and MSU. Companies such as Infosys, GSFC, Reliance, Wipro visit for hiring. You may also want to know that why they do not prefer LD: It is a Government institute and it comes under Gujarat Technological University. The exams are conducted at odd timings. The schedule is not followed well and vacations are not given at the proper time. The students do not get time to learn anything or do internships. The labs are poorly maintained and not functional. The teaching faculties are not good and supportive. Students have to do self study. The only advantage of studying at LD is that it gets a good number of companies as it comes under GTU. Companies such as TCS, Accenture, Cybage, Persistence, HSBC, elite core, Wipro, matrix visits for hiring. The students passing out from DDU have more skills and knowledge compared to other students. So, overall, DDU would be a better option.Read more

Ques. Which is the best college LD College of Engineering Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya SFI or Sardar Patel University at V V Nagar in Gujarat?

● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 06 Oct 21

Ans. If you can afford it, go for it. Because it is a bustling green campus with 40 odd colleges, you will have an unforgettable experience. Placements used to be nice, but they’ve taken a hit recently; however, they’re still good if you’re good at studies (scoring 6.5 CGPA). LD is also a good college, but it’s not better than BVM, aside from the affordable fees and the fact that it’s in Ahmedabad. You should also know that LD College and BVM are Engineering colleges. Whereas, Sardar Patel University V.V. Nagar provides B.Sc., M.Sc., and other non-engineering courses. Now, here’s a comparison of BVM and LD that will give you get a better picture. In terms of education, BVM is superior to LD. The faculty at BVM is the most experienced and knowledgeable. LD, on the other hand, is not well-known for its educational offerings. Lectures are not given on time, and attendance is never an issue in LD. In terms of placement, more companies visit LD than BVM, but if you are good enough and have good grades and aptitude, you will be placed at either college. According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered at LD College of Engineering is 4 LPA.  The LD campus is much larger than the BVM campus, but both colleges’ infrastructure is very old, whereas the BVM campus has all necessary student facilities. If you want to live in a city and experience city life, choose LD; if you want to live in a peaceful environment with all necessary infrastructure, choose BVM. Overall, I would recommend BVM. Read more

Ques. Which college gives the best placement for IT Engineering, Nirma University or LDCE College in Gujarat?

● Top Answer By Admin on 23 Jul 21

Ans. Among the above two institutes, Nirma University is the winner in terms of placement opportunities provided to students in recent years. The points below give a brief overview of the placement scenario of Nirma University, mentioning some reasons for the same. Nirma University provides a vast scope for students in placements, which is mostly in the field of Information Technology. The highest and average package offered at Nirma University is 19.1 LPA and 8.7 LPA respectively. It has a 100% placement record in the CS branches. The exposure provided to students at Nirma University is excellent in terms of the industrial aspects. Along with that, students get the chance to indulge with some of the most talented minds in the country and have a feeling of competition for achieving the best among all. In Nirma University, the IT department is closed a few years back. Due to that, the major concentration of IT companies lies on the students of the CSE branch, thus having a lot less competition for jobs. Nirma University is the undoubted winner in providing the best placement among the two institutes mentioned in the question.Read more

Ques. Which is a better option, ECE at Manipal Jaipur or LD engineering college or Nirma University?

● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 20 Jul 21

Ans. Nirma University, Manipal University, and Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering, all are good institutes. In the following table, you will get basic information about Nirma University, Manipal University, and Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering. Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering: Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering is a Government college and is older than Manipal University and Nirma University. It has good faculty, a good student environment that is energetic and keeps on motivating students. There are lots of extra activities which you can join. Its fees are quite affordable. Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering’s placement record is also good. Nirma University: Nirma University is a private university. It is known for its placement and quality. They are quite strict about discipline on the college campus but have a perfect environment. You must attend 85% of the class as they are very strict in the following discipline, also you will need to complete your assigned work on time if you are studying at Nirma. Course fees are quite high and you have to pay much more than you pay at Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering. Manipal University: Manipal University’s main campus is at Manipal, Karnataka. It is a good university and you can consider it to pursue ECE. Here is a brief highlight of the recent placement statistics for the institutes. Parameters Manipal University NIRMA University LD College of Engineering Average CTC 9 LPA 13 LPA 4 LPA Highest CTC 30 LPA 43 LPA 8 LPA Major recruiters Al Shirawi Dubai, Infiniti Research, ITC, KEF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd Industry ICICI Bank, Immersive Intelligence, SocialPilot, VizExperts RKC, Godrej, Byju’s, Samsung, L&T It is advisable that if you are looking for a more economically affordable college then go for Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering. But if you can afford to pay huge amounts as fees then Nirma University will be the best choice for you. You can prefer Nirma University first, then Lalbhai Dalpatbhai Engineering College, and finally Manipal University.Read more

Ques. Which is better Nirma university or LD?

● Top Answer By Admin on 16 Jul 21

Ans. ~ It entirely depends on your future plan. If you can afford Nirma and don’t have any plan to pursue further studies after B.Tech then go for Nirma University. However, if you want to pursue higher education, and you have confidence that you can learn on your own, then LD will definitely be a better choice. LD gives its students a lot of freedom to work on their interests while maintaining their CGPA which plays a huge amount of role in further studies. The other factor that is crucial is the alumni of the college. LD College alumni network is huge and a lot of notable alumni are based in both India and abroad. When talking about alumni, Nirma stands no chance as LD was established way before Nirma. Here is a brief comparison of the institutes. Category Nirma University LD Companies Visited L&T, Biocon, Dabur, etc. Atul, Adani, Tata Chemicals, etc. Highest Package 46.27 LPA 10 LPA Average Package 8 LPA 4 LPA Therefore, you should take your decision thoroughly and wisely whether you must spend approximately eight lakhs for four years or you should spend 6000 for four years with one institution being older than the others along with huge alumni and a great brand name.Read more
