The faculty is very good and experienced. They are keen to help students on every front, which helps students in every aspect.

Gossner College is one of the best colleges in Ranchi city. It is well known for its good discipline, infrastructure, and qualified teachers.

Dislike

Curriculum was lacking in the college, with only one cultural contest organized by the university. There were no college festivals or sports activities, except for NCC practice. However, I find it pointless as I have never seen them perform anywhere.
It does not provide internships anywhere in the city. I dont know about BBA, but for other departments, I have never heard of any internships.
In my college, there are no placements, which is so bad because there are no job opportunities provided by the college.
This is quite frustrating for a middle-class student like me, and the services provided against these fees are also not up to the mark.
The worst part for at least me is that there is not a single novel in the library.
No, this college does not have a hostel facility. Some colleges do have a hostel facility, but this college does not. This is because the college does not have enough land to build a hostel and the students are not interested in staying in a hostel.
My college is affiliated with Ranchi University, so the semester exams are conducted at a very slow pace, which is one of its negative aspects.

Good if you want just a degree in affordable range

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because English is the need of the hour nowadays, and I want to excel in it. The faculty-to-student ratio stands at 1:50. Most of the faculties are having the highest degree of post-graduation. But the ground reality is that there is a need to improve their teaching methods as some of the teachers are not capable of delivering concepts smoothly. Exams are not all time, but they are on an easy to a moderate level which you can easily pass.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 20000 per year

Remarks:

Admission to the college is so simple here. You don't need any entrance exam to take admission here. The minimum criterion is to have a percentage of 60 in class 12. You just have to fill out the admission form and visit the college to submit it. All details like application fees and dates are mentioned on the website. The sites are not so stable, it regularly crashes. So, the website of the college needs improvement.

Placement Experience:

Almost 90 to 95% worthy students are placed in a well-earning company with almost a 10 lacs p.a. package which is a very good amount to start and for a fresher, it's also a very motivating amount for them

Remarks:

Being a student of this college I can assure everyone that, this is one of the best colleges in Ranchi and currently the best for almost all of the courses. The fee structure is also under budget which is affordable by almost everyone and not even UG and PG, this college is also famous for its higher secondary education which is 11th and 12th. I am glad that I found this college instead of any ordinary college in Ranchi.
