Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), established in 1957 is the first self- financing engineering colleges in India. It is affiliated to Karnataka University, Mysore University, Mangalore University and Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).

The college offers various UG and PG courses and has collaborations with nearly 15 international universities. Saint-Etienne in France and Hochschule Bremen in Germany are some to name. The average salary package in INR7-9 lakhs.

This portal has facilities of education loan, scholarship and other student-friendly facilities.
