NSSCE M.Tech Eligibility

  • Candidates applying for the M.Tech program at NSSCE must have secured
  • B.Tech degree with 55% marks for applicants from general category
  • Valid GATE Score
  • For reserved categories like SC/ST, a pass mark in B.Tech degree is enough to apply

NSSCE M.Tech Selection Criteria 

  • Aspirants who have qualified B.Tech degree exams with at least 55% must also have their GATE 2020 scorecard. 
  • All the applicants are categorized under Keralite (Residents of Kerala, Non-Keralite I and Non Keralite II categories. 
  • Non Keralite I Category consists of candidates who studied 10+2 in Kerala or with parents form government jobs/ defence jobs who were posted in Kerala for minimum 2 years
  • Non-Keralite Category-II consist of candidates who are eligible for admission to government seats and management quota seats in engineering courses in Government Controlled Self financing Colleges.
  • The ‘Non-Keralite Category-II’ (NK II) candidates will be considered for admission to the Government seats in Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges only when the Keralite and Non-Keralite I (NK I) candidates are not available for admission.
