Odaiyappa College of Engineering and Technology (OCET) is a private engineering college located in Theni district of Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1998 and was initially affiliated to Madurai Kamraj University. Later it got the approval of AICTE in 1999 with three branches of engineering and affiliated to Anna University Chennai.

OCET now offers six branches in an undergraduate engineering course with an annual intake of 360 students.
OCET campus is housed in a sprawling area of 27.58 acres with a built up area of 82,000 square feet.
OCET also offers Special Courses for the students, including various Computer Languages.
The college organizes a number of Conferences, Seminars and Workshops regularly on various topics of interest in their disciplines.
OCET is one of the most sought after Engineering Colleges in the state because of its academic excellence, highly qualified and experienced faculty, and state-of- the-art infrastructure

Admission Procedure:

35% seats are filled by Management and 65% seats are filled under Single Window System by counseling as prescribed by the Govt. Of Tamil Nadu and Anna University.

Placement: Odaiyappa College of Engineering and Technology students have been placed in some reputed MNCs. The college has an active placement cell which organizes on campus placement drives, industrial training etc. Some of the prominent recruiters of the college are- Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc.
