- Its the best non-IT course even today. PES College of Engineering has a very good reputation for its Mechanical Engineering branch.
- Many internships will take place at the college. Even off-campus opportunities are available here. We are able to do whatever we want. The project and outcome depend on the department, as well as the topic we choose.
- There are very good placements and job opportunities for the students who have cleared their exams without any backlogs.
- Campus placements are also good; companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and Accenture come to recruit students every year.
- Sports facilities are awesome; you will find a swimming pool, cricket ground, football ground, tennis court, and basketball court - everything is available.
- Staying in a boys hostel, I should say its not that great, but its alright by hostel standards.
- This college is recommended for those who are looking for good teachers and skill development.
Dislike
- As PESCE college is autonomous, they only decide the curriculum, which is, on average, where every person is focused on marks rather than knowledge. The teaching quality is also average. I suggest joining a college in a big city; at least you will have knowledge of startups.
- In that time, there were no companies that came for a stipend or internship. Maybe for some other branches, they did come, but for civil, I dont have an idea about internships and stipends.
- The job opportunity is the worst because no new company will come here to hire, and the package is very low. Only 30% of people get placed; the remaining are unemployed. They offer help in internships, but its of no use.
- One has to give bad comments about this college because this college gives us the opportunity to learn a lot of things to lead and live a life in this society.

Placement Experience:
Every year so many students got distinctions in our college. After this, They provide job facilities and mainly internships also provided in our college to improve work and Knowledge.95% of Students settled well in hospitals to their allotted job
Remarks:
This course notification was seen on Dr NTRUHS's website. It was based on intermediate marks above 80% Marks. In our course, BSc Cardiovascular technology above 90% in intermediate got a free seat. I got a free seat in this college with 20k per annum and I got a scholarship of 20000 from our college.
Placement Experience:
Placement is okay means avg package is 4lk per annum and almost all students from cs and is got placed but for core branches, there is no scope and placements are increasing every year so you can get this as a positive thing.
Remarks:
Firstly you all have to give comedk exam to enter this college if you are outside Karnataka student and your cutoff must be between 20-30k then u can easily get ise department application fee is around 1-1.5k and the college fee is 1.8 lakhs per annum then for hostel u have to pay 70k per annum and the hostel food is worse I must say. If you are taking this college then just forget about holidays they are not going to give any holidays up to the 4th semester. Then the next problem here is food u can arrest with the food I guarantee you. Then coming to placements for this the one who is responsible are you because none of the professors is going to teach you only have to prepare for it.
Placement Experience:
You are eligible for placements from the 1st day itself. Anarock, Aditya Birla Capital, Jaro education, CCD came for placements. The highest Package was 12 lacs and min was 3.5. 80% of students got placed including me. The placements can be improved.
Remarks:
MAT score was required or they had their own entrance exam PASSAT, score from either was considered for eligibility. Application forms and fee details are mentioned post-eligibility. The admission process was too lengthy and had lots of un-clear details.
Placement Experience:
Students get eligibility for campus placements from the 5th semester. Accenture, capegemini and hp companies have made offers to our college. The highest package a company offers is 7.5 lakhs and the average package is 3 lakhs and about 40 percent of students get placed in college placements. I want to do further studies after completing my graduation.
Remarks:
Yes they had an admission test and an interview was held and cut off for commerce was 75% and the entrance exam was held online and we had to score minimum marks of 8 for 30 there is more improvement in the college as they are giving many opportunities for everyone in the college.
Placement Experience:
In the college from the 5th sem, the placement will start for b.com students. There are many companies visited our campus like capgimeni, Accenture, London stock exchange etc. The average package is 300000 and the highest package is 800000 and the low package is 250000. 40% of students get placement.
Remarks:
In the college, before admission they have to register on pesu website and put application for the course later they call for an interview, and after interview they shortlist the students and give admission to the eligible students. The minimum cut-off percentage is 80%.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am very passionate about engineering. I wanted to change the idea of how people visualize mechanical engineering. And on the other hand, mechanical engineering excites me to a top-notch level. Faculty Student Ratio is 1:15. Faculties are highly qualified and portray their knowledge and interests in the subjects they teach. Term exams were timely and the difficulty level was easy to moderate.

The admission Process Tool is Place Through KCET Which is A Common Entrance Test For All Medical and Engineering Colleges Across Karnataka. After Qualifying for The exam you will be called for document verification later you will be given a secret code and password which can be used to choose and select a collage in the mock allotment. Then you must pay the KCET fees online and then come to college with the paid receipt and the original documents. the college takes all the documents and we have to pay additional college fees which were about 10,060rs for me. Then you have to fill out the form then they will take you to take a photo and your Id card will be given there.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placement from the 7th semester itself. Companies like Kirloskar , ACC , Ultratech , Siemens , ABB , Jindal and Many others visit for placements. From mechanical branch the percentage of students getting placed is low yet branches like CS and ISE Have a good percentage of students getting placed every year.

I Got This College After Clearing COMED-K Exam Which Is Mainly An Engineering Entrance Exam For All Engineering Colleges (Mainly Private Ones) Across Karnataka. Colleges Liked MS Ramaiah And BMS College Of Engineering Also Come Under This Entrance Examination. After Counselling Process I Got My Seat For Mechanical Engineering In The First Round Itself. And Rest Of The Admission Procedure Was Done Physically Reporting To The College Itself With The Fees And The All The Remaining Formalities Done Very Smooth And Perfectly..
