PIET offers Bachelor of Engineering, B.Tech., B.Tech.(Lateral) and B.E.(Lateral) degree courses at the undergraduate level. Candidates are required to pass the 10+2/Class XII with English, Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply.

Candidates must have passed 3 years Diploma Course or B.Sc. degree course in the appropriate branch with minimum 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply for Lateral Entry program. Admission to B.E. and B.Tech. programs will be done through Central Admission Process based on JEE Main score.

Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Technology offers M.E. (Research) and the PhD in 6 specializations. For M.E. (Research), candidates must have a B.E./B.Sc.(Engineering)/B.Tech/Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in the relevant branches of science/applied science.

Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Technology: Admission Process 2023

Admissions to all the courses offered by PIET are carried out strictly on basis of marks scored in the qualifying examination and entrance test score. Students have to register for CAP or apply directly at Institute level. The application process for both is provided below:

CAP Counselling:

Visit the official website of DTE, Maharashtra.
Register as new user and login with email id and password.
After that, candidates will have to confirm application form at the facilitation center.
Provisional and final merit list will be displayed on its official website.
In case of discrepancies, they can submit grievances during the display of provisional list at the facilitation center.
Applicants have to log in to fill and confirm online option form with preferences of colleges and courses.
CAP is conducted in 3 rounds and once college is allotted, candidates have to report to the allotted institute to confirm the admission.

Institute Level:

Candidates can collect Admission Form/Prospectus, Brochure and college magazine from Administrative office by Paying INR 1200 only by Demand Draft in favour of “Principal Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur”.
In case of any difficulty, candidates should contact Admission Center In-charge.
An applicant should get his/her duly filled Admission Form scrutinised at Admission Cell/Admission Data Entry Center.
Submit the Admission Form along with all original documents and payment slip in Administrative Office/Admission Data Entry Center.
