Master of Computer Applications [MCA] From JMIT, Yamuna Nagar

JMIT MCA Eligibility

For admission into 3-year MCA course at JMIT, candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology of at least 3 years duration and scored an aggregate of 50% marks, and studied Mathematics as a mandatory subject at 10+2 or graduation level.

• Students who have completed a BCA degree of at least 3 years duration and scored an aggregate of 50% marks can also apply.
• The cut-off is reduced to 47.5% in case of SC candidates.
• For lateral admission into MCA course, students can join in the third semester. They must have completed a B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Information Technology. The duration of the course should be at least 3 years and candidates should have a score of 50% with Mathematics as a mandatory subject at 10+2 level.

JMIT Selection Criteria 

Admission is conducted via the OLET-MCA Exam conducted by the Haryana State Counseling Society. No other weight-age will be given in any category.

For lateral entry candidates, entrance will be via the LEET Exam, conducted by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).
