The college has one big library which is well equipped with every kind of book. We can issue them easily from the library. There are many clubs like dance clubs, music clubs, debate clubs and coding clubs. There are mainly two fests verve fest and kalanjali fest. In college, they focus more on academics rather than extracurricular activities. There is not opportunity for sports.
In hostels, there are rooms with two sharing. The hostels are affordable and worth the money. The food is okayish but they maintain proper hygiene. They make mainly South Indian dishes. The registration process is simple just fill out the form and give all documents for verification.
There are two or three annual fests every year i.e, Kalanjali and Verb. And many tech fests are also conducted every year. GLUG, TECHHUB, and ABHIKALPANA are club runs by student groups for students.
The social life is good and exciting. there are many clubs in sir mvit like bandish band for classical music, wolfpack for dancing, debsoc for debating, a gap for acting and drama, quiz clubs, etc .they all are very enjoyable
Eligibility criteria of the course is that student should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination. You can get admission into the college through COMEDK and khet examination and you can find the applications of exams on their respective websites.
PBy - PushpThere are two exams one is comed-k for students out of Karnataka and the other one is kcet for state students. For getting computer science or information science one should have a 5-6k rank in comed-k. There are cutoff benefits but only for home-state students. yes, I want one improvement that they should give students from out of state also equal opportunities.
