M.E/ M.Tech Eligibility 

• Candidates are required to complete 3-year graduation in B.Tech. / B.E. from a recognized University
• An aggregate of 50% marks is required to apply for the Master’s program by the general category. For reserved categories, 45% of aggregate marks are required.

M.E/ M.Tech Selecton Criteria

• Candidates are required to appear either GATE or TANCET entrance exams to apply for Master’s program.
• Candidates will be selected on the basis of the scores they have secured.
• Short-listed candidates will be intimated regarding the selection for admission into the Program
• Tuition Fees will be required to pay in order to confirm the seat.

TANCET Application Process

• Visit the website of Anna University and register yourself with a login ID and Password
• Fill in the application form with personal and academic details.
• Upload your documents and recent photographs
• Pay the application Fee of INR 600 for General Category, INR 300 for Reserved Category.
• After payment is done, your application will be submitted.

GATE Application Process 

• Visit the official website and register yourself
• After registration, create a login ID and password.
• Your registered email will contain GOAPS enrolment ID. Use this to fill up the application Form.
• Fill in the personal details and academic details carefully.

For female candidates- INR 750

For Reserved Category- INR 750

For General category- INR 1500
