Patna Science College offers B.Sc. Honours degree in 10 specializations in Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, and Computer Application. The college also offers B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Environmental Science and Computer Application under Vocational or Self-financing courses.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology as subjects in Class XII with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates must also have scored more than 65% marks in the relevant subject for which they are applying.

Admission is done on the basis of written aptitude test conducted by college followed by viva-voce.

Key Points for Undergraduate Admission:

All SC/ST candidates are given relaxation of 5% in the eligibility.
For B.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, and Biotechnology courses candidates must be from Science stream with Biology as a compulsory subject.
Marks obtained in Physical Education, Music, Painting, Commercial Art, Sculpture, Agriculture, Typing/Shorthand, etc. will not be considered as a part of the aggregate.

Patna Science College Application Process 2023

Patna Science College application procedure is carried out in an offline mode. Candidates can obtain the prescribed application form from the college itself or can be downloaded from official website. Candidates will have to submit the duly filled-in application forms to the College campus/office along with the processing fee and the required documents.

Once the form is submitted, candidates will have to wait for the announcement of the merit list cum notice to find out whether they have been shortlisted or not for the admission process. The merit list will be available on the official website of the college.

Patna Science College offers Scholarship Scheme for economically weak/SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Female Students:

Students who come from an economically weak background, and/or belong to the minority class.
Students who come from a rural area.

My experience of college.

Admission:

The admission process was based on entrance based and the cut-off was on 32 marks so the entrance exam was quite difficult. Eligibility for courses is 50% marks obtained in the 12th board exam. Mostly application forms are available online at the official site of the university which is available from May to June and application fees are 1100 INR.

Admission:

You have to clear your Intermediate/ class 12th with science with any Indian recognized Education Board. You have to get 45 percent marks in each subject. The application form will be released every year on Patna University's official website, application fee is approx Rs 600 if you opt for 1 college, and if your subsequent college Rs 300 will be added per college. There are seats reserved for each category of students like OBC, EWS, SC, and ST. Students should have to give an entrance exam and on the basis of the marks which they get in the entrance, the cut-off is released for each category student, I think the admission process is good.

Admission:

12th pass from science background with mathematics physics chemistry Apply online application from the site Patna university application form fee is six hundred this application form is out every year in the month of April and after the one-month exam will be conducted. And after that university conduct exam in this exam total number of question is hundreds and these questions will be multiple choice. After some time results will be out the also merit list will be out then the selected student call for admission and then the student will be selected from their own subject and the student admission fee is four thousand This university also gives benefits for reserve category as like sc st and ph. This reservation follows the state government.

About Patna Science College BCA

Admission:

First of all, you must clear the entrance exam (PUCET)which is conducted annually generally in April or May month. After that, a viva voce exam is held and after the final result, your college is allotted as per the marks that you obtained. Yes, there is a reservation facility also available here. Different cutoff marks will be here for different Categories. I got Patna Science College and my viva voce was at B N College Patna. the campus of Patna science college is very beautiful. Labs are also good not so primitive Professor is doing well and all things are good here But yes there is a part of college life I personally don't like which is Student Politics All the students are is very hectic during elections
