Campus Life:
Life at the campus of the Institute of rural management, Irma is generally described as being Academically challenging, yet fulfilling and enjoyable. The campus is located in the serene, picturesque town of Anand in Gujarat, which provides a peaceful and conducive environment for learning and personal development.
The campus community's drivers, which students from different cultures, economic, and educational backgrounds. This provides a great opportunity for personal and professional growth, as well as for learning about different perspectives on rural development and management.
The institute has a vibrant student culture, with a wide range of co-curricular activities, such as sports, music, drama, and debates. These activities provide an opportunity for students to pursue their interests and passions outside of the classroom.
There is an annual fest which is also the alumni fest of the college and is called 'MILAAP'.
Hostel Facilities:
The hostel facilities at Irma are generally considered to be comfortable and well-maintained. The hostel accommodation is provided to students on a single-sharing basis, with each room typically accommodating around a size of 10*10 square feet. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, such as a bed, a wardrobe, and a study table the hostels are equipped with internet connectivity, which allows students to stay connected with their friends and family, and also to access online resources for their studies.
The hostels have Mess facilities that serve hygienic and nutritious food. The mess serves both veg and non-veg food. There is also an Amul Foodland that is shortly going to open on campus.
Other facilities include laundry, recreational facilities, such as a TV room, a Library and a common room for students to relax and unwind after a long day of classes and studies.
