The faculties are well educated, and their way of teaching is amazing, except for one or two.
It was a great experience for me, and I built a logistic regression model for their recruitment process in the skill development program.
For 100 students of IRMA, close to 300 jobs are offered, and hence every student gets good choices to choose from.
I found the ROI of IRMA to be satisfactory, considering I received a good placement package.
IRMA ensures a very good gender ratio, as it is close to a 50-50 ratio on campus.
The quality of the meal is very good, and the menu is prepared with all the dishes from different states, ensuring diversity according to the students.
IRMASAT and WAT tests should also be done offline in order to reduce the chances of cheating and ensure a fair admission process.

Virtual Tour to IRMA

Placement Experience:

Placement at IRMA is average. IRMA is a great place for students from agricultural backgrounds as many companies come to IRMA to recruit agriculture and food technology background students for internship. Many BFSI companies and start-ups are also coming to IRMA for recruitment.

Remarks:

The entire process was very smooth. I was selected based on my XAT score for the interview round and written ability test. Written ability tests and interviews were conducted online due covid -19 otherwise applicants need to travel to Anand for the entire formalities.

The best days of my life

Placement Experience:

A summer internship is provided by the college to every participant after the 3rd term. and campus placement is also available where the process is very transparent and the college is providing 100% placement for a long time. IRMAs placement figures are the most trusted among other MBA colleges, where the figures are mostly inflated, In IRMA no such practice is done.

Remarks:

First, cut-off was based only on the CAT score and after the interview a combination of various things such as Cat score, 10th, 12th, and grad score, Interview performance was taken into consideration to make a final call list.

MANAGEMENT EDUCATION AT ITS BEST- IRMA

Placement Experience:

The campus placements at the Institute of rural management Anand, IRMA or consider to be good and have a wide range of the company is visiting the campus. Many reputed and well-known companies visit the campus for placements. Some of the companies are Amul, ICICI Bank, NABARD, SIDBI, care India, SBI, HDFC Bank, Tata trust, Paytm, NDDB, etc. The salary packages offered to Irma students for competitive and comparable to those offered by other premium management institutes. For the PRM 41 batch, the highest package was 26 lakhs and the average package was Rs.14.5 lakhs. The college offers 100% placements to the students.

Remarks:

Institute of Rural Management, Anand is a premier institute for post-graduation in management. The admission process includes the following steps: 1) CAT. one has to give the Common Admission Test and clear the cutoff for IRMA which is usually around 85. 2) Fill out the application form available on the IRMA website. It costs 2000 bucks and opens right after cat until mid January. 3) If the cutoff is cleared, IRMA invites the students for a personal Interview process.
