KSOM has an impeccable record of achieving good placements every year. Recently, it concluded the final placements for its 2020 MBA batch, where the institute achieved a 100% placement record. Some of the students opted out of placements to pursue their own venture or join the family business, while a few others secured out-of-campus placement.

During the 2019-20 placement drive, the highest international salary offered was INR 17.33 LPA while the highest domestic salary was recorded as INR 12.4 LPA. Some of the top recruiters were Khiimji Ramdas LLC, Dell, TVS Motor Company Ltd., Greenlam Industries, Jaro Education, HDFC Bank, Blue Star, Deloitte, and etc.

As per the graph presented above, it is evident that the institute bagged it’s highest ever Average CTC of INR. 7.33 LPA. The International CTC remained the same as the previous year of INR. 17.33 LPA.

The highest domestic CTC also witnessed a rise in comparison to the previous year of amount INR. 10 LPA to INR. 12.4 LPA.

The institute has recorded the highest placement with the top recruiters recruiting almost all the graduates with 100% placement records. Companies like HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, Jaro Education, Byju’s, Deloitte, Mahindra Finance, L & T Finance, ICICI Prudential, TCS, ITC Limited, Oxford University Press are some of the prominent ones that visited the campus during Final Placements.
