SIESSBS offers admission to a Postgraduate Diploma in Management on the basis of performance in the qualifying degree. Candidates should have passed at the undergraduate level from a recognized university in order to be eligible to apply. The admission process at SIESSBS involves the following 3 steps:

  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Personal Interview (PI)
  • Essay Writing

Group Discussion: The GD assesses 3 broad parameters: Communication Skills, Team Orientation and Logical Reasoning. Using data and examples to substantiate the students’ viewpoint is appreciated by the assessors.

Personal Interview: The students undergo a PI where the emphasis is on understanding the students’ personality, his/her orientation towards the management field, the students’ overall attitude and general awareness.

Essay Writing: Since communication is the key to everything in the management field, the students’ communication skills, their awareness of fundamental issues and their analytical ability are also evaluated through an essay that the students write as a part of the admission process.
