Likes
- The course curriculum is decided by the DU university; hence, it is the best. In addition to all the theory work, students are educated about the practical work as well.
- Internship experience is very good. The internship is fully based on my practical knowledge, and I enjoyed doing it. The stipend offered is 5k, which is a good amount for students to spend.
- The place here at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies is said to be the best among Delhi University. We have around 85% placed every year.
- Good scholarship opportunities are provided. There is a student exchange program where students go to London, Australia, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Germany, France, and learn many things there.
- The best time was when every student shone through with the best of their capabilities.
- No, I havent, but I have heard from others that these facilities are really good.
- According to me, it is one of the very best colleges you can get into for your graduation in this field of study, considering the exposure you can get here.
Dislike
- One or two other scholarships are available for SC and ST students, as well as other KPMG scholarships for all poor students. There is no loan facility available for the students.
- In fact, it doesnt even support any game properly, and the other thing is the off-campus.

Placement Experience:
students become eligible for placements in the 5th semester. Many companies visit the campus like- BCG, BCN, McKinsey, LCN, De Shaw, FTI Consulting, Hoolihan Lowkey, Samagra, etc. highest package- is 37 LPA, CRED ( According to the latest placement stats). average package- 13 LPA. profiles offered in the domain of finance, consulting, marketing, and HR.
Remarks:
At our time, it was DUJAT, but now it has been merged under CUET. Eligibility is Maths in class 12 and a minimum percentage according to CUET. Reservation benefits to SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and EWS are available as per du guidelines.
Placement Experience:
The placements which are offered by our college are amazing and I think that's why are college is so famous and renowned. The average top quartile package is 12lakhs p.a And 91% of CBSite get a job from on-campus placement. Many giants come to our college for the recruitment like Bain, BCG, McKinsey, DeShaw, Nomura and many others and make 200+ offers The highest package was 36 lakhs p.a in 2021 which is the highest in the history of SSCBS.
Remarks:
As you all know, It's the dream college of many and was mine also therefore to get into such a college is also tough. I gave CUET Entrance test which was held for the very first time in India. It replaced DUJAT which was slightly tougher than CUET. I consider myself lucky. The eligibility process for SSCBS is simple you should have scored 60% or more in CBSE or any other equivalent boards and the CUET Exam in which English, General Test and Marhs are compulsory. I got 672 marks in CUET and got a 1300 rank or something but I had OBC Certificate and I got the offer in the first window only. Therefore, OBC Certificate played a big role in my admission. The admission process was smooth I didn't feel anything complex.
Placement Experience:
Students in the college become eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the course. Companies like Bain & Co., Silver Piston, Everest, etc. Offering job placement for almost all the students of the particular batch with an average package of 6-7 lakhs p.a. Approximately 75% of the students get placed till the end of placement season every year. My personal plan after getting the degree is to pursue MBA or PGDM from a premium college.

At my admission time, one had to clear DU JAT with a high percentile score after passing her senior secondary schooling. The admission process was simple. You just had to score well to get admission to the DU JAT entrance exam. But now, it has been changed to the CUET entrance.

Almost everyone with a good enough resume gets a placement at SSCBS. The Placement Cell of the college is very active. Companies such as Bain, DeShaw, McKinsey, Havells, and Samagra visit the college for placements.
Remarks:
The eligibility criteria for BMS and BBAFIA is 60% marks in 10+2 with Maths and English compulsory. When I got admission to SSCBS I had to give DUJAT whereas, from 2023, Students have to appear for CUET which includes 3 topics i.e. general knowledge and domain-specific topics.
Placement Experience:
Placements are one the elements which overtake any other college in DU. The average packages offered are above 10 LPA and the highest goes up to 25+ LPA. The return on investment is really good. The hiring companies include Bain, BCG, KPMG, etc
Remarks:
The Course's eligibility was through DUJAT when I took admission in 2021 but now the criteria have changed and it admits children via cucet. It has various reservation quotas including the DU Ward quota.
