SCMHRD Placements 2023: Average Package: INR 23.71 LPA & Highest Package: INR 67.60 LPA

SCMHRD Placements 2023 final report has been released. According to the report, SCMHRD highest package stood at INR 67.60 LPA whereas SCMHRD average package stood at INR 23.71 LPA. A total of 112 recruiters including 38 new recruiters participated in the placement drive. Some of the top recruiters included Accenture, Adobe, Barclays, Bandhan Bank, CISCO, Capgemini, Cognizant etc. Recruiters came from various sectors like BFSI, Consulting, IT/ITES, Manufacturing / Automotive, Conglomerate, FMCG / FMCD etc. Students also received diverse job roles like Associate, Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Manager, Risk Manager etc.

SCMHRD Summer Placements report for batch 2021-23 has also been released. SCMHRD highest stipend offered was INR 3.50 Lakhs per month and was made to MBA BA students. There were a total of 81+ companies that visited this year for summer placements.

SCMHRD HR Placements 2022 

In terms of SCMHRD Placements 2022 for the Human Resources domain, more students have placed with an average CTC of Rs 21.61 lakhs per annum, whereas last year the average CTC for the same domain stood at Rs 17.10 lakhs per annum. The Top 25% Average CTC of all companies which visited this campus is in the range of Rs 27.35 lakhs per annum which are higher than the previous year. Median CTC has increased this year as well by over 6.1% with an increase of Rs 2.18 lakhs as compared to the last year's Median CTC.

SCMHRD Sales & Marketing Placements 2022

The average CTC for the Sales and Marketing Domain has been steadily rising year after year with the highest-ever average CTC of Rs 21.61 lakhs per annum, whereas last year the average CTC for the same domain stood at Rs 17.10 lakhs per annum. This year too, the Top 25% Average CTC of all companies which visited this campus in the sales & marketing domain stands at about Rs 27.35 lakhs per annum, which is higher than the previous year. The median CTC for the Sales and Marketing Domain has increased by over 7.8% with an increase of almost Rs 4.00 lakhs as compared to the previous year.

SCMHRD Finance Placements Placements 2022

Average CTC in Finance increased from Rs 15.00 lakhs to Rs 18.00 lakhs for Finance Domain, whereas the top 25% overall CTC in Finance increased to nearly Rs 20.10 lakhs as compared to the previous year at approx Rs 18.40 lakhs. In Median, CTC increased by nearly Rs 2.00 lakhs as compared to the previous year at approx Rs 17.00 lakhs from Rs 15.00 lakhs.

SCMHRD Infrastructure Development & Management Placements 2022

The overall average CTC for IDM Domain has increased from last year's CTC at Rs 12.50 lakhs per annum to around Rs 14.31 lakhs per annum this year, and the top 25% overall CTC now stands at around Rs 18.83 lakhs per annum, as compared to approx Rs 14.90 lakhs in the previous year. Similarly, the median CTC has also seen an increase in the overall category by almost Rs 3.80 lakhs and stands at Rs 11.80 lakhs as compared to Rs 14.00 lakhs the previous year.

SCMHRD Business Analytics Placements 2022

For Analytics Domain, the overall average CTC rose to approximately Rs 17.30 lakhs this year as compared to around Rs 15.80 lakhs the previous year and the top 25% overall CTC stood at around Rs 21.40 lakhs as compared to around Rs 19.40 lakhs in the previous year. In median, CTC also witnessed an increase of almost Rs 1.95 lakhs this year and stands at Rs 16.95 lakhs as compared to Rs 15.00 lakhs the previous year.

SCMHRD Placements 2022 Sector-Wise 

The table below shows the list of top industries visiting for SCMHRD placements in 2022 along with the number of participating companies under each segment. The table also explains the percentage of recruiters who participated in each sector in 2022.

SCMHRD placements in 2022, highlight that the highest percentage of recruiters participated from the IT/ ITES sector, followed by BFSI and Manufacturing sectors. The average domestic package offered was 35.50 Lakhs per annum and the highest international package offered was 61.50 Lakhs per annum. IT/ITES sector was the largest recruiter with 19% of the total number of recruiters participating in campus placements at SCMHRD during 2022-23. The BFSI sector was the second major recruiter at 16% of the total number of recruiters who participated in the placements process this year. The Manufacturing sector was the third biggest recruiter at 15% of the total number of recruiters who participated in the placement process at SCMHRD during 2022-23. Logistics & Supply Chains had a low number of recruiters in SCMHRD placements in 2022 compared to previous years. Only 1% of the total number of recruiters participated in the placement process at the institute this year.

The SCMHRD Placements Year-wise trends report provides an overview of the annual Average Package Offered (APP) to SCMHRD students across different years. Year-on-year growth was observed in the average package of all the MBA courses offered by the college. Considering all courses, the highest jump of 24% was recorded in the 2022 average package of MBA when compared with 2021.
