The campus is in a form of a 7-floor building which has good facilities and AC classrooms. There are 2 libraries for students and reading rooms to sit and study. It also has a gym, and indoor sports. Classrooms have screens. The college conducts various sessions for academics and sports and cultural fests frequently. Clubs and social groups are conducted and managed by students.
Since our classes started during covid time, there weren't many fests. M&E dept recently conducted an art fest in January. There will be a freshers' party. The marketing dept has an annual round table conference held in November. Similarly, other specialisations also do it. All classrooms have AC, WIFI, TV, Projector etc There is a gym inside the college. There are grounds for college management nearby. There is a basketball and a cricket team for college. Billiards, chess, carroms, and table tennis rooms are available inside the college. There are multiple clubs of specialisations. There is Redex, a library spread across multiple floors, Reading rooms The college provides access and membership to Bloomberg, Magazines, and article websites.
hostel facilities are good but expensive which is 2 lakhs for one year excluding food also the hostels are not fully furnished as they do not provide for all the basic requirements we have to manage some on our own.
welingkar does not have much space the building is all it has though the study materials it provides are huge and of good quality, it has a gym to work out, and also cricket club classrooms are also fine. There are also groups here in our college for students' personality development and also other extracurricular activities.
The hostel facility is good but does not offer any meals. We have to cook ourselves which gets tiring in time for exams. It is well furnished flat with all the amenities. We share one room occupied by three people.
The campus life isn't that great as we have lectures of 2 hours each. Our whole day at the campus just exhausts fulfilling the attendance for lectures. Plus they don't organize any fests or cultural events which should be a part of every MBA college.
I would like to start right away by telling that hostel does not provide food, which I honestly think is unfair. other than that welingkar has limited campus space therefore they have hostels within a 2 KM radius of the colleges. The hostel I live in has all the services except food. AC, fridge, beds, pillows, cupboards, desk and chair, cloth stand, kettle, iron and iron stand have all been provided by the college. The option to opt for a hostel comes during the form-filling process however allocation is based on availability. you also have the freedom to reject hostel facilities if you want even after you have mentioned in the form that you do want one.
There has not been a fest so far. Although events corresponding with different batches are conducted now and then. All in all, life is good, there is a lot more to explore outside college than inside due to the limited space. There is a game room and a gym which facilitates fun. The library to my knowledge is well equipped with books and there is an E-library login access that is given to students, in addition to this teachers provide PDFs of whatever they teach so in that sense I would say reading resources are plenty. Classrooms have air conditioning and lighting, plus a master board and whiteboards. there is a small stage that the faculty uses along with the podium. There are not many clubs here but I have heard that if you can justify the need of having one, you can apply for the formation of a club. Sports events news is circulated by students in all the groups and interested people can join in. There is a TT table, carrom and billiards in the game room.
Welingkar has provided a sweet the 3 bhk flat for accommodation where in a flat we are 9 girls accommodating 3 students in each bedroom. The fee that has been charged for this accommodation is 2,00,000 per annum which includes the electricity bill and other utilities it does not include food or any mess service. Some students also prefer to choose to find their accommodation where they are living in a PG or any 3rd party hostel. The provided accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with all the facilities that are required but I think it is a little bit on the expensive side as compared to the market price.
Students from the " media and entertainment" class put on a cultural event known as "KARVAAN," which day was in charge of organizing and running. We have been provided with access to a digital version of the many volumes that are housed in our institution's library. "IMPACT" is the name of a cricket competition that is hosted and organized by Welingkar. The league is quite well known and it takes place every year. "KARVAA" and other cultural celebrations take place at least once a year. Students will find that it is an excellent venue to demonstrate the ability they have acquired outside of the classroom. Each department has a management committee and a placement committee, each of which is led by a general secretary and the placement secretary of that department respectively. In addition, these students of Weschool publish and manage an online magazine called "Samvad" regularly.

The application form and eligibility details can be found on Welingkar's own website. The cutoff for Welingkar through CMAT scores was 85 percentile and I got shortlisted at a score of 92 percentile. There was an online interview and then the final list came when I was shortlisted.
RJBy - Rochak JainEligibility is CMATCAT MAT XAT ATMA.Entrance exam cutoff CAT is 80 CMAT is 85 XAT is 80 GMAT is 80 ATMA is 85 Should have done graduation in any stream. Work experience would be an added advantage MMS have a reservation for Maharashtrian students. Fill out the application on the website Application fees 2000rs
SBy - Student90 percentile in CMAT is the cutoff. The application process is a bit time-consuming as they ask you to fill too many forms for each course and the application form is bit expensive as compared to other institutes (i.e. 3500 rs).
