A story of a average student

Admission:

There is no entrance examination process in the admission.what you get on your 12th board on this basis you will get the chance to pursue your graduation degree here. The application form is available in the college website www.accadmisson.com. For reservation benifits anyone can visit the site of our college,it is well organized and anyone can clear their queries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Okay number of classes that we're given is quite enough and every class time limit is 1hour to hour. The faculty member of our department is very helpfull and good. There are 6 professor and 4 of them assigned to the mathematics bsc honours classes. They provide us every detail and knowledge of their papers. After completion 80% of the syllabus our term exams internals are held and it is quite hard to pass if you are not regular to the college.

Best College in Noth Bengal, Ananda Chandra College

The eligibility of the course is that the student should be from Science Stream and should have good marks in Mathematics along with the other subjects which he/she wants to take up as his/her Generic Elective. The cut-off generally goes up to 89-90% for getting B.Sc Mathematics (Honours) in the college. The application process starts after all the boards in West Bengal have declared their class XII results on the website https://accadmission.net/ The application fees will be around 2500. Benefits for Reserved Categories are applicable.

I chose Mathematics because it is really an interesting subject and I study it with great curiosity. The faculty is extremely good with brilliant professors who help the students at their best in every way possible. The students get engrossed in their studies by the environment. The professor teaches very nicely by making the students understand each concept minutely. They come up with different ways so that the topics become comparatively easy to grasp. 6-semester exams will be held in the 3 years course. Two end semesters in one year. Internals are taken by the professor before the end semester. A student can easily pass these exams if he/she studies diligently.

My thoughts on AC College

The application process is based on class 12 Mark. It's very tough to get selected for the mathematics branch because the cut-off stays very high. After application the published a merit list. Then we can admit.

The course is good. But somewhere we feel we need more and more teachers. Though our teachers teach us in a very good way. They are humble kind and also humorous. They also motivate us. And hence combined all the situations they are pretty good.

Good for mathematics Honors if you are a serious student.

One must have PHYSICS CHEMISTRY MATH as the main subject in class 12 to be eligible for this course. Check the official site of North Bengal University for all details. Reservations are provided for SC, ST, and OBC candidates. NORTH BENGAL UNIVERSITY should update its website.

Math is a subject of my interest so I've chosen faculty student ration is 1:7. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. qualified and some are doing Ph.D. NBU conducts exams after every 6 months. In spite of this class tests on every paper are also arranged.

Eligibility of the course is based on the 12th mark. The application form is available on the college website itself. There are reserved seats for students Sc St and EWS. The admission should be based on the entrance examination instead of merit in my opinion.

I choose this course because since my childhood I had a great interest in mathematics. In our batch, 40 Students have been selected for this course, and the teaching method is not that good. The semester takes place every 6 months.

Ananda Chandra College at a glance

No admission test is required, admission is taken on the basis of 12th marks. For BSc honors, you must have studied maths in 11th and 12th. Try to score good marks in 12th. Reservations are available. Thank you.

I choose this course cause I love maths. This college provides good education in mathematics honors, the faculty-student ratio is decent. Faculties are highly qualified but not that student-friendly. Internal exams are taken before the TEE. You've to study really hard to pass the exams.
