Admission to the undergraduate courses takes place through Mahatma Gandhi University- UnderGraduate Centralised Allotment Process (MGU-UGCAP). Admission to the postgraduate courses takes place through Mahatma Gandhi University- Post Graduate Centralised Allotment Process (MGU-PGCAP). How to apply?

  • The candidate will have to fill the application form for UGCAP or PGCAP on the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala
  • The candidate will have to fill in personal and academic details in the application form.
  • The candidate will also have to fill in the name of the course(s) and the college name(s) in order of preference.
  • The candidate will not be allotted any course or college other than what he/she has mentioned in the application form.
  • The candidates will be allowed to edit or delete a course(s) or college(s) from their preferences until the provisional rank list is released.
  • The candidate must fill the form with the utmost care and accuracy.
  • After filling the form, the candidate will then have to pay the remittance fee.
  • After payment of the remittance fee, the candidate will be taken back to the application form.
  • The candidate will have to upload the required documents on the application form.
