Annual fest: TARANG We also have department-specific fests- CONQUEST, ECONVISTA, MOMENTS, etc by different departments like Commerce, Economics, and Statistics Amenities are a table, chair, projector, whiteboard, fans
Campus again is a great place, that is what a student expects. The infrastructure is amazing, and a college is an inclusive place that doesn't go with racism and any kind of discrimination. Tarang is our annual fest.
LSR annual festival Tarang is conducted usually in feb every year. It has all the needs for a student right from the library with a vast collection, to cafes, amphitheatre, rest rooms etc. Though some rooms are small there is enough ventilation. There are n numbers of societies and clubs to support students talents and interest.. be it debating, dancing, music etc.
Many fests like Tarang, Eco fest are organised in the LSR college mainly in the months of February, March and April. There are unions formed by students for assistance of all kind. Classrooms and labs are well equipped with projector facility, AC and fans. NSS, NSO and NCC conducts different programmes and visits for their service. Books and readings of all subjects are available to the students to study and prepare for competitive exams. Various societies, cells and clubs are there to energize students. Student is required to undergo through their respective selction process.
Campus life is amazing and full of energy, rays of sunshine, and joy. NOOR, TARANG, and ECONVISTA (departmental fest of the economics department) are some fests that are conducted in different months. Out of NSO, NSS, and NCC these one organization, every student has to join.
Life is an amazing, extremely green and clean campus, the campus has won competitions multiple times amongst other colleges. the library has good journals and books. lots of societies and activities available. almost all the activities are run by students so minimal interference from faculty.

The eligibility was the class 12th board results. I scored 98% in my best of four and it helped me get admission into B.Com Honors course. The best of the four includes English as a subject as well. I had Commerce in my class 12th.
AKBy - Amanpreet KaurMy admission was done on the basis of 12th-class marks. Admission required some documents and on the basis of cut-offs I got into LSR. However now exams in DU are on the basis of the entrance exams, that is CUET, so the whole weightage is given to the entrance exams and in the 12th one should have some minimum marks as a qualification to apply for the DU colleges.
ESBy - Ekta SehraIt's not mandatory to have an arts background to apply for this course. All the application forms and steps are mentioned on DU Website. In 2018 the cutoff was 96.5 and if the seats are filled by the 1st cutoff, no second cutoff is released.
