The campus life at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Matunga is the best. Given its location (Mumbai), the social life is 10/10. Travel access is good. You can come through any 3 lines of Mumbai local else you can avail bus facilities as well. You can get any book related to engineering in the library. Many events take place on the campus.
My college has the best infrastructure ever in this city. We have been provided with all the best facilities like an excellent classroom environment with virtual teachings like smart boards and projectors. And also other facilities like hostels, and sports centers.
This is a govt autonomous college, so the admission process is strictly through CAP rounds. No management quota. The college accepts only MHT-CET scores, JEE not valid for admission in VJTI. You generally need to have at least 99.8+ percentile for CS-IT branch ( open category).
RBy - RajanThe admission process was very smooth. Being one of the premier engineering institutes in India, you need to crack MHT-CET first with the best marks (good marks is not an option). After the results are out, you need to fill up the application forms online for the colleges you wish to enroll in. Rest all processes can be learned from the site itself. The site is very user-friendly.
RBBy - RUPESH VIJAY BENKEYou need to have above the 99 percentile to get VJTI college. For those who want to get admission in the direct second year should have above 94 percent. Admission is taken through the CAP process only. Therefore one must have the required percentage.
