Faculty members are very experienced, as the college has held its establishment for 100 years, maintaining the quality of education.
The College has a good internship program, and many companies offer stipends ranging anywhere between 10K to 20K INR.
If you are admitted to UVCE, placement in good companies is assured, as this college has a reputation for producing great engineers. By the end of the 4th semester, companies will start flooding into the college to recruit the best talent for their companies.
This College supports many scholarships like Vidyasiri, National Scholarship Portal, North South Scholarship, and Minority Students Scholarship, provided by the Karnataka government.
No place for parties inside the campus. Here, everything runs really well, but when it comes to college fees, scholarships, and placements, religion comes in between students and breaks the unity inside.
The food of the hostel is excellent, and there are no restrictions on your lifestyle from the hostel side.
UVCE is a government college, so one cannot expect a good infrastructure like that of other colleges.

Dislike

Basically, in UVCE, placements are really good. However, that year, due to our bad luck, placements were poor.
Apart from that, a lot of poor students are given the opportunity to pay a considerably lower amount of college fees, provided they have valid income certificates.
The labs are old and broken, and the syllabus and tools are also from the time of independence. So, dont expect anything related to sports and infrastructure.
The hostel is really in bad shape with mice all around. It is dirty and filthy, with no care about the students and no help being provided.
Management is poor, but its a college where students can explore their skills with no pressure of academics.

Hence coming To placement of Uvce Uvce Will provide one of the Best Placements In Bangalore and Placement of all the courses are very Best and Good and the Placement salary is also Good as much as and highest Package this year was 59Lpa

Yes The Admission process for Uvce college admission is through a KCET Exam Hence the College cutoff is unpredictable because every year's cutoff depends on the vacancy and many other aspects Hence you can Write an Exam Conducted By Kea To Get admission to this college and now this college has Became One Of the colleges to get an IIT Status. There are reservation benefits.

UVCE- Heritage college

Placement Experience:

More than 50+ companies are visiting. More than 50+ companies are visiting and offers are in technical as well as mass companies categories. The highest package is more than 12 and the lowers is 3 . It depends on the major you are in. The placement is quite low for the civil engineering background whereas it's 100% for CS IT etc. I choose to work in the Civil engineering domain.

Remarks:

Anyone who has completed 12th or PUC will be eligible to apply for engineering courses in UVCE. The only way to get into UVCE is through CET and that too with Top rankings Since the College is a government college it's best for merit holders and who want to complete the courses with low financial backgrounds with quality education. You need to write CET of Karnataka after your PUC or 12th Exams. The application can be found online. There are Reservation benefits for all categories such as OBC, GM, SC/ST. The admission process is smooth as you will get the allotment through CET Portal after you have been allotted this college in Counseling you can directly take admission.
