The admissions to the college are sought only on merit basis. For seeking admission for the undergraduate courses, the candidates must have cleared the intermediate examination (10+2) with 50% passing along with a perfect score in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA).

Whereas, for admissions for the post-graduate courses, the candidates must have scored 50% in the final examination of the last year i.e. must have cleared Graduation with Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) or Graduation Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).

  • Hostel: The college provides accommodation facilities for students who have come from different cities and faraway places. It has two separate hostels for both boys and girls located on either side of the college. The hostel rooms have all the facilities for the convenience of the students. The hostel mess is also very reliable and serves delicious meals.
  • Library: The college has a Central Library which is quite huge and has plenty of books and journals for the reference of the students. They have a collection of 80,386 books, 4,015 journals, 38 magazines, 24 Newspapers, and have access to more than 2,100 E-Journals. Apart from the central library, each department has a separate library with reference collection. They have even upgraded the Library to Digital Library where there is access to information regarding the collection of books within just a few clicks.
