UICT Jalagaon B.Tech Admission 2023

B.Tech program conducted by UICT is a full-time, regular course conducted over a period of four-year in Chemical Engineering & Chemical Technology. In order to be eligible for admission to these courses, candidates must score at least 50% marks in 10+2 examination conducted by a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths/Biology as compulsory subjects.

Candidates need to appear for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) conducted by DTE Maharashtra to qualify for admission. A merit list is released by DTE Maharashtra for admission to various colleges in the state. UICT offers M.Tech courses in several disciplines and is conducted for a duration of two-year. For M.Tech, candidate must obtain B.Tech degree from a recognized university for minimum eligibility. Candidates for M.Tech in Chemical Engineering must obtain Bachelor’s degree with minimum 55% marks in chemical engineering/ chemical technology or equivalent. UICT offers Ph.D. program areas like Chemistry and Chemical Engineering & Technology. Candidates must obtain an M.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology for applying to the Ph.D in Chemical Engineering course and an M.Sc. (Chemistry) degree for Ph.D in Chemistry course.

UICT Jalagaon Application Process 2023

For B. Tech (Online):

Candidates can log onto the official website of DTE Maharashtra for applying to the B. Tech programs.
Candidates must register themselves and fill up the application form online for appearing in the MHT CET examinations.
An examination fee of INR 800 (General candidates) and INR 600 (Reserved candidates) must be paid by the applicant online through Credit/Debit card/Net Banking/Mobile Wallets.
The duly filled form must be submitted and candidates must specify the exam venue of their choice.
Candidates must download and print the admit card available on the website and carry it to the examination centre without fail.
Shortlisted candidates must fill and submit the Option Form available for participating in the Common Admission Process (CAP) at a Facilitation Centre (FC).
Candidates can participate in more than one CAP round by filling out Option Forms each time.
