Maulana Azad College offers several courses under UG Programs viz. 11 courses in BA (Hons.), 8 courses in B.Sc. (Hons.), BA (General) and B.Sc. (General). The basic eligibility criterion to take admission in any of these courses is to have passed 10+2/ Higher Secondary from any recognised Board while securing some minimum marks in the subject of Honors.

Maulana Azad College M.Sc, MA Admission 2023

Maulana Azad College offers MA in Urdu and English along with M.Sc. Zoology. The basic criterion to take admission in M.Sc is to pass B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology or allied subject with 55% marks. For MA candidate should possess a graduate degree in relevant subject from any recognised University with 45% marks.

Of the total seats, 60% seats are filled on the basis of the merit of qualifying examination while 40% of the seats are filled on the basis of the merit scored in the admission test conducted by the college.

The application process conducted by the college is strictly online. Therefore, candidates looking to take admission in any of the UG and PG Programmes must register online with the official website of the college. To apply for admission in the college, candidates must follow the below mentioned steps –

  • Visit the official website of the college and click on ‘Apply Online’.
  • Fill the online application form carefully. (A separate application for multiple Honours courses).
  • Submit the completely filled application form online by paying INR 110 (for UG Programmes), INR 160 (for M.Sc.) and INR 125 (for MA) either online or download a challan to pay the required amount at any branch of Indian Bank.
  • On the basis of the submitted online application, merit list is prepared.
