Nanak Chand Anglo Sanskrit College, Meerut also known as NAS College was established in the year 1952 by Nanak Chand Trust. 

Nanak Chand Anglo Sanskrit college is under the affiliation of CCS University, Meerut and is approved by UGC and NAAC. 

The institution is a centre for offering PG and UG level degree courses under the guidelines of different departments.

NAS offers 8 specialization in BA and MA course, 6 specialisations in B.Sc and M.Sc. programmes along with B.Com, B.Ed., LLB, M.Com, M.Ed. and LLM courses on campus. 

Admissions for the academic year are done purely on the basis of merit in the qualifying examinations.

NAS College offers full-time undergraduate degree courses including BA, B.Com, B.Ed., B.Sc. and LLB, which are conducted on campus. The courses are affiliated to CCS University and are UGC approved.

LLB - A candidate must have passed graduation or 10+2 exams from a recognized Board/University. Students who have completed exams from Open University are also eligible to apply.

Selection criteria

  1. For BA admissions, selection will be made purely on the basis of merit in 10+2. There will be two rounds of selection:
  • Aptitude Test
  • Face to Face Interview

  No entrance exam is required for admission.

  1. For B.Com, selection will be made purely on the basis of merit in higher secondary examinations. No entrance exam is required for admission
  2. B.Ed. admissions are made purely on the basis of merit in 10+2 examinations and qualifying entrance exam including UP-BED-JEE
  3. For LLB and B.Sc., the selection is made on the basis of merit in 10+2 examinations

Ques. Can I do LLB after completing CA?

Ans. Yes, LLB can be done after CA and there is no age bar for applying. Contact the center for more information. You need to complete LLB from a regular college to be eligible for applying for a license from the Bar Council of India.

Ques. Can the application be revised or cancelled?

Ans. Applications once submitted cannot be cancelled at any circumstances. Fees paid are non-refundable. Contact the concerned person to know whether it can be edited or not.

Ques. Does the institution offer 100% placement assistance?

Ans. Placements and internships depend upon merit and marks. The academy conducts placement drives occasionally. It does not guarantee placement though but there is always scope of getting recruited from the campus.
