Internship placement starts from the 5th semester onwards and for that on a WhatsApp group, they will invite by message as the opportunity comes. And final placement is also offered in the 6th semester in which about 15-20 % of students get placed.
At our time admission was taken mostly on a merit basis on 12th marks and the entrance was also there for those who opt for it. For different colleges at Du different cut of each subject is published in about 4 rounds. And of course, there is a reservation for SC/ST. But from now onwards admission is based on CUET.
I want to study pol science but as you know the cut-off was very high at that time, the faculty of departments are good too, very well qualified teachers, few teachers have a different way of teaching which may cause you some academic problems.
In the year 2020 admission process was merit-based I registered my self on the Delhi university portal and when the college released it's cut off I got admission to the 2nd list, there were reservation benefits, for those who need them, but from the year 2022 admission process changed into CUET mode.
I have chosen Hindi Hons. as my graduation course because I won't pursue it in the future. The faculties of my course are really well qualified and sincere. They have good teaching skills and they try their best to provide students with everything they could.
The admission process was online based. I have to apply according to my percentage, only one college at a time. If I have applied to one college then I have to wait for verification from the college administration and if the application is rejected then I have to apply to the next one. When I got verification from the college. I have to submit the fees and lock my seat in the particular college. Every college has its own criteria and cut off of every course they provide their college.
I choose this course for my further career in civil services, the faculty of the college is too good and also very helpful all faculty members are highly qualified from respective universities, the term exam takes place 2 in a year, total 6 semesters and If you study regularly you can easily clear the exams.
In the year 2020 admission takes place based on merit I applied for the college from the Delhi University portal and when the college released its cut-off, I applied for the course if you belong to the reservation category, you need to submit your special category certificate, But now admission takes place based on cuet.
I love to study Hindi literature faculty of our college is good though and well-trained professors. Term exams are not that tough if you study on daily basis and follow your teacher's instructions it'll help you to pass the exam with a good score
I took admitted in 2020 on the basis of merit but now due to the NEP admission process changed into an entrance exam which is conducted by NTA CUET. You can register yourself for CUET and wait for exam dates after your exam result will declare college release it's cut off and on the basis of your results Cuet score your admission will take place
For placement, my college is not good. also, it varies according to the course and academic background of the student. placement for BA is not so good here. I would pursue a master's after getting this degree and will apply for teaching jobs.
The admission process is good now . There are a cut-off system and various merit lists released according to category and marks obtained in class 12. Many students didn't get admission to du just because of their merit list. so the current system of entrance exam admission is good and equal for all students.
