Shaheed Bhagat Singh College admissions 2023 will be based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores conducted by National Test Agency (NTA) for all UG and PG programs. For UG programs, candidates need to appear for the CUET UG exam whereas applicants need to appear for the CUET PG examination for PG course admissions. Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for PG admissions has been discarded starting from the academic year 2023.
After CUET results are out, qualifying candidates will then be required to apply at Delhi University’s CSAS portal-admission.uod.ac.in. Further, candidates need to fill in the program and college choices for seat allocation. Final Admissions to UG courses will solely be done through Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal whereas final selection for PG courses will be based on the merit list released by the institute for both merit and entrance-based admissions.
For PG admissions, 50% of the total seats will be provided directly to the students holding their bachelor’s degree from Delhi University based on merit in the qualifying examinations. The remaining half of the seats will be allocated on the basis of the CUET PG rank.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College UG Selection Process
Candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College must clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The final selection will be done through e-counselling conducted by Delhi University on the basis of CUET scores. CUET is divided into the following three sections:
- Section 1 Languages: this further contains two sections, ‘A’ and ‘B’. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College offers only an M.Com program for a duration of 3 years at the postgraduate level. The basic eligibility for getting admission to the M.Com program at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university. Phase 1: CSAS Application Form
- Aspirants are required to fill the CSAS application form on the centralized admission portal by paying a one-time non-refundable application fee.
- ECA and sports quota candidates will have to pay an additional fee.
Phase 2: Selection of Courses and College Preferences
- Second phase will start after the results of the CUET examination are declared.
- After the CUET Result declaration, eligible candidates will have to select the courses and fill the preference of desired colleges on the centralised CSAS portal.
Phase 3: Seat Allocation and Final Admission
- Merit list will be declared on the basis of CUET scores.
- Multiple rounds of seat allotment will be conducted.
- Candidates will have to check if they have been allotted a seat on the CSAS dashboard. If allotted, candidates must accept their seat on or before the given date for that particular round.

DU UG admission 2023 will begin soon. Delhi University will conduct admission to all UG courses based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET, conducted by NTA. Registrations for CUET UG 2023 have been reopened and the last date to submit the application form is April 11, 2023.
