MDI Murshidabad Eligibility

MBA	Applicants should have valid CAT/GMAT score, with 50% aggregate marks during graduation, after completion of 10+2.

Final year graduate students can also apply, provided they have to submit their final aggregate score CGPA/Percentage by October.
Candidates have to submit a certificate from the Principal of their institution certifying that they have obtained 50% marks based on latest available grades/marks.
Shortlisting of candidates for the selection process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT scores.
Foreign / OCI/ PIO/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries applicants can be considered for admission on the basis of their valid GMAT scores.
Candidates have to register for MDI Programme at GMAT website at the time of registering for GMAT Examination.

MDI Murshidabad Selection Criteria

Shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of valid CAT score for Indian Nationals and GMAT scores for Foreign/ OCI/ PIO/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries applicants.
Candidates will be called for further rounds of selection to the interview centres mentioned in the interview letter.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview shall done for the evaluation mode in this round.
The final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of CAT score, past academic records, GD and PI performance.
Candidates will be intimated over email regarding their selection and shall be asked to submit the course fee as early as possible.

MDI MURSHIDABAD Through my lense

Admission:

The admission process included selection as per the CAT scores. The cut-off was around the 70 percentile. There was a separate form-filling process for MDI Murshidabad where post payment, candidates were shortlisted as per their scores and overall profile.

Admission:

There were only Personal Interviews during our admission process. I wish the college also includes Group Discussion as one of its parameters for admission. The admission process was quite smooth but a few changes like these are strongly recommended

Yes, We gave the CAT exam and after that getting the 80 percentile, got selected for the GD/PI process after passing that We got selected for MDIM admission. Value For Money MBA with decent placements

Admission:

Admission was through CAT with a cutoff mentioned nearly 75%ile but here we are seeing students with less than 50%ile as well. The application form was comparatively cheap compared to other private colleges.

The admission process is good and at par according to me. I think there should be no reservations for colleges, reservations should be for teaching. Maybe making changes to the reservation policy would be good.

MDI-M Summer Placement

Admission:

The admission process was quite smooth and easy. The eligibility criteria for getting through the admission process are: a) CAT score - generally the cut-off is 75%ile but it drops down depending upon the overall CAT difficulty level and score. b) 10th, 12th, and graduation scores are a must. The percentage has to be 60% and above. c) There was no GD conducted. It was a direct PI round for every shortlisted candidate which was conducted by professors of the institute. The application form, the entire fee structure, and the updated application dates notice are available on the college's official website. Improvement - The admission process should have involvement of the admission committee and students.
