Padmanava College of Engineering (PCE), Rourkela was established in academic year 1999-2000. The prime objective of the trust has been the promotion of facilities of technical education for people of west Odisha and around. The institute is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT).

The college offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and B.Tech (lateral) to the candidates who want to make their career in the field of Engineering. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in JEE Mains and OJEE for admission in B.Tech and B.Tech (Lateral) respectively.
