L.R. Tiwari College of Engineering B.E Admission 2023

SLRTCE offers B.E in 6 specializations. Candidates must have a pass at the 10+2 level with 50% marks from the Science stream to be eligible to apply.

Admission is given on the basis of performance in JEE Main. Selection is based on merit, depending on a score from JEE. It is done through three categories. All admissions are done through Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

Key points:

  • Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
  • For those who wish to apply under Maharashtra State category, candidates must be Indian citizens who have cleared their 10+2 from Maharashtra State Board. They are required to have a Science background, with 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories). Further, they must have a positive composite score when accounting for 50% of the marks scored in JEE, and 50% of marks scored in 10+2.
  • For All India candidates, they are required to have clear their 10+2 examination from State Board or the equivalent. They are required to have a Science background, with 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories). They must also possess an All India Rank in JEE Main.
  • Candidates who apply under Management Quota also need to appear for JEE but are required to apply separately to the college.
  • Those who already hold a Diploma may also be considered for admission, if it has been received from AICTE / UGC recognized Institution. Minimum 45% marks are required for eligibility.

Shree L.R. Tiwari College of Engineering offers M.E in 2 specializations. Candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech degree with 60% marks in order to be eligible to apply.  

Admission is done on the basis of performance in GATE.

Candidates who wish to apply may do so by completing all the steps specified in the following application process.

For JEE and GATE

A notification will be released by IIT which is conducting the examination for the year, following which the application forms will be officially released. The link will be available from the official JEE / GATE – JAM website.

Candidates must submit the duly filled in form, along with uploaded photographs and photocopies of marks cards, within the given time period. Online payment of the application fee, generally between INR 100 and INR 500, can be done through Net Banking.

For DTE

The application fee of INR 700 (INR 500 for reserved categories) has to be paid to acquire the Application Kit, as available at any ARS center as specified on the DTE website. The kit contains an application ID and password, which can be used to access the form from the official website stated in the kit.

The form must be duly filled in, clearly stating qualifications and work experience, and submitted along with all required photocopies of original documents to the following address:

Admission:

The admission process here was simpler as compared to other colleges, basically, you can go either offline admission or online admission through the CAP round, for CS/IT average cutoff is 90 percentile and above in JEE, but for other branches like mechanical, civil cutoff is less as compared to computer branch and IT branches

Admission:

You pass out from 12th science, you should choose maths subject, you take the cet exams and then check college cut off then college contact you. You go on the internet search L R Tiwari college of engineering then show the website then apply for the course you want. Reservation benefits are given in this, they provided Hindi minority students and lower cast scholarships and any one below 8lakh annual income that guy fills the maha dbt ebc from because we have to pay only half fees and half fees given by the government to college. I don't know what improvement to see in the admission process. Overall college is very best for engineering.
