The college is driven by Adarsh Shikshan Sanstan Bilara. The pioneer years were mostly laid as primary schools which was further developed as an Upper Primary Education Institute and conventionally moved to Secondary level Education Institute in the year 2001. The college has its minimal proceedings and tends to help the girls student with much more benefits. The institution deals as the highest centre of providing discipline and other highly professional skills required for students to propose later in their life.
