The College offers MBA program in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Systems. To be eligible to apply for admission, candidates should have a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
Candidates applying should have passed any of the CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ TANCET entrance exams. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their score in the entrance exam for further selection process. Final selection will be based on a Written Test (test consists of Aptitude, Written English, and Contemporary Awareness), Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

St. Joseph's College offers Ph.D. and M.Phil courses as research-based courses in various disciplines. Ph.D. and M.Phil courses are offered in both full-time and part-time mode. Candidates applying must have done Post graduation in the concerned discipline to be eligible.
For admission a common eligibility written test comprising objective type questions for 75 marks and oral interview for 25 marks. Candidates are selected based on their academic performance, research interest, entrance test, and interview.
