St. Francis College for Women was founded in 1959 and is located in Hyderabad, Telangana. It is an Autonomous College of Osmania University. The College offers many UG courses viz. B.Sc, BA, B.Com, BMS, B.Voc. and three PG courses viz. M.Sc, MA, M.Com. B.Sc course has 13 specializations to choose from, BA has 8 specializations, B.Com has 5 specializations, and B.Voc has 2 specializations to select from.

  • Applicants who have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board with English and optional subjects viz. Physical and Biological Science/ Mathematics with minimum 60% marks are eligible for B.Sc program.
  • Similarly, for BA and B.Voc. course minimum eligibility requirement is minimum 60% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
  • For B.Com, applicants who have passed 10+2 with 60%-70% marks (55% for candidates from CBSE and ICSE Board) depending upon the concerned discipline are considered eligible.
  • Student who have secured 70% marks in 10+2 with English and four optional subjects are eligible to get admission in BMS course.
  • Those who hold B.Sc Degree in relevant discipline are eligible to apply for M.Sc admission, whereas applicant with B.Com Degree are eligible to get admission in M.Com program and for MA course minimum eligibility requirement is BA or Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University .
  • Admission to all UG courses except BMS is given based on the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination and their performance in the interview round conducted at the time of spot admission.
  • Applicants who have applied for BMS course are shortlisted on the basis of their merit in the qualifying examination and score obtained in written test.
  • Selection of the candidates for M.Sc, MA, and M.Com courses is done based on their merit in Graduation and admission is given through spot admission process.

St. Francis College for Women offers BSc, BA, B.Com, BMS, B.Voc courses at undergraduate level. Admission of the eligible candidates in each UG Course excluding BMS is given through spot admission procedure and it is entirely merit based. Selection of the candidates for BMS program is done based on candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination and marks obtained in written test conducted by the college.

Applicants who have passed 10+2 with 60% aggregate marks in the optional subjects’ viz. Physical Science, Biological Science and Mathematics are eligible to apply for admission to BSc program. Students who have qualified HSC or its equivalent examination with 60% in optional subjects and English are eligible to get admission in BA course. Key Points for Admission:

  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination from any Board other than AP, ICSE and CBSE shall submit an Eligibility Certificate from the Board of Intermediate Education.
  • Those students who have studied Telugu up to Class X and has Telugu as their second language in the qualifying examination shall opt Telugu as second language in the Degree course as well.
  • The written test for BMS course is of 2-hour and conducted in offline mode. The test is of total 75 marks and there is no negative marking.

St Francis College for Women offers MSc, MA, M.Com programs to the aspirants. M.Sc course has 5 specializations whereas the college offers MA in Mass Communication and Journalism and M.Com program in Applied Finance. Selection of eligible candidates is done on the basis of their merit in Graduation and admission is given through spot admission procedure by calculating their performance in the interview round.

Applicants who hold B.Sc Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University are considered eligible to get admission in M.Sc program, while those who have completed Graduation in any discipline are eligible to apply for admission to MA course. Candidates shall apply online for admission to any UG or PG course. Application and prospectus are made available on the website of the college.

For UG Course

  • Register yourself with email id and contact number.
  • After registration enter your username and password generated to log in to your account.
  • Fill in the application form and upload all the required documents.
  • Pay the application fee of INR 400 for BMS through online mode viz. Net Banking, Credit or Debit card.
  • For Other UG courses, candidates shall submit the registration fee of INR 200 for spot admission along with the application through Net Banking/ Credit or Debit card or in offline mode through Demand Draft favoring “St. Francis College for Women” payable at Hyderabad.

Admission:

The admission process was like we have to directly go to the college website. our college website is sfc ac. in so go there and apply by filling in basic details and then apply. there will be limited seats so the fast you apply more chances of getting a seat. also, it depends on the percentage you scored till 12th grade.

Admission:

There was no entrance exam in college by the percentage they were taking. 60 percent in 12th is the eligibility of course. I find the application form, fee, and dates on google. Yes, in admission they have to change because the fee we have to pay online, no offline mode of transaction.
