- The teaching quality is very good for understanding simple concepts, and many students grasp the subject matter of the chapters topics.
- Law students have more opportunities as junior advocate interns in Kolkata Civil Court and Kolkata High Court, working with high-level advocates. If they wish to pursue further studies, they can opt for higher education.
- No, in our college, there is no placement system, but the students get a chance for higher studies in good universities. Many students from my year of passing got a good chance for higher studies in some well-known universities.
- I dont know if there is any kind of scholarship that will be given. However, in the library, we can get free books. Additionally, every year, the college must award the best students in all categories.
- They assured us to give great facilities for our studies, our security, etc.
- The hostel is well-structured and suitable for students, with excellent facilities compared to others.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I am fascinated by humanity. So I choose an honors course in History. The faculty of my college is very good. Professors are highly qualified and student-friendly. They always help students in their studies. The exams are semester based. Exams are held after every 6 months. If someone attends every lecture, he or she will be surely passed.
Remarks:
One has to pass intermediate from a recognized board. The application form will be available at the time of admission. Application fees are being fixed by the college authority. Reservation benefits are available as per government guidelines.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am interested in chemistry so I choose the Hons in this subject. The student and faculty ratio is 1:10 and the faculty are highly educated and pursuing Ph.D. degrees in different universities. They are very experienced and skillful in teaching this subject. There are six semesters and the questions are very hard. Those students have concepts clear in this subject. They easily passed the exam.
Remarks:
Required 12th Or equivalent exam passed. You can fill out the application form online mode. Application fees are three hundred rupees only and the dates of application opens in mid-July. Reservation is available for the sc st and obc categories. 17 seats reserved category. No, I don't want to see any in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview:
First of all, I wanted to study in any college at Calcutta University. Surendranath College is a government college and is only 10 minutes away from Sealdah station. According to Calcutta University rules, semester examinations are conducted every 6 months. The teachers of the department are very responsive to the students.

To get honours admission to this college you need to score at least 60 per cent marks in that subject in the higher secondary exam. You can apply for admission to this college at the college website.
